Looking on yelp's for an inexpensive local barber, and found this place. The Asian lady barber was nice and friendly. She understood what I want for my hair, and did a good job. This is my first time here. I'll be back. read more

I have had a woman who has cut my hair for several years now. She does quality work at a decent price

My longtime stylist decided to take a leave so I checked Yelp for local cheap haircut reviews and this local place had good ratings. I called in and was told to come down. I went down and there was not wait and one lady was in the shop. I did confirm her name but she was attentive, listened to how I would like my haircut and did a good job overall. The haircut is pretty even and clean. Good marks and is about the best value for a men's haircut. The cost on 5/28/2021 was as posted on an banner outside, $12. read more

Camarillo Cuts - Camarillo Cuts- 205 N Glenn DR. Camarillo. Men's haircut $12 - Barbers Near Me - Camarillo, California

Save a few bucks! The worst haircut I have had in years. I noticed that the man before me had to return to the chair so that the barber-ess could make his haircut right. When I sat in the chair, the barber-ess fought with me when I told her how I wanted my hair cut. I have never had such violent, verbal anger hurled at me by a barber before. I should have left the chair at that point. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! read more

One word, Lisa! So sweet and loves to talk and make us feel welcome and special. $12 cuts makes us coming back, thank you!

Lisa is the friendliest and always say to talk to. Does amazing fade and blend work on all types of hair. This is our go to haircut place for a very long time. read more

Very inexpensive and a commensurate experience. If you are looking for the shortest cut possible, this will work. That seems to be the only kind of cut she is capable of, no matter how clearly you explain to her what you want before your cut. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted to look. Didn't work. I still got the shortest haircut I ever had, just short of shaving my head! read more

Manuela cut my hair and did such a great job! I tried this place because of the good reviews on yelp and I wasn't disappointed. I'm usually not happy with my hair when it's cut short, but I really like how this one turned out. Also can't beat a $10 haircut! read more

HIDDEN GEM!!! I love taking my son to this place, there's no appointments so the wait can get long on weekend. But you cannot beat the price! She also cuts women's hair, I'll be trying her next cut. $15 for women, $10 for men. The lady cutting hair is very nice as well. read more

Good for the price. Always bring my son to get his haircut. They're really good with my 5 yr old. $10 for a kids haircut is cheap read more

Fantastic place for a quick haircut, at a very reasonable price. ($10.00) The shop has very simple look, with nothing glamorous for appearance , but great cuts. read more

Really good cut for 12 bucks. Best deal around. Place is kinda hidden, but worth it

I'm so glad I found this place. Great haircuts with a great price, my kids are only 10 dollars. It's like finding your favorite hole in the wall restaurant. read more

I was attracted to this location by the price. When I showed up, I thought the location looked a little run-down. But what the heck. I was there for a haircut. I had to wait about 15 minutes while Mercedes tended to another customer. She appeared quite methodical throughout the process with the previous customer. A little slow... but there weren't too many customers to hurry her along. She appeared to take pride in her work. After the previous customer left and a quick cleaning of her tools, It was my turn. It was then that I saw the sign. Haircuts on Friday (when I went) are a little more. $10 instead of $8. Well, I'm already here, I thought, and decided to stick it out. Mercedes invited me to sit down and asked me how I wanted my haircut. She was attentive as I described my frustration with other hair specialists. She was quite pleasant with great demeanor and a soothing conversation. It wasn't the quickest hair cut I've had... but it is one of the best, if not the best. And you can't beat the price. Thank you, Mercedes. A job well done!!! read more

Camarillo Cuts is a small little place meant for people who need to get in and out asap. All the times I've been there, regardless of the wait, it wasn't long before I was in the chair; marvelously speedy, yet immaculate. The ladies working there are incredibly experienced and offer a stellar haircut for $10 (men). There shouldn't be any stigma attached to that price, as you'll be walking away with a haircut 2.5 times that price. Fades are done spectacularly, as well. One other awesome thing about this place is the intimate focus you get from these people. None of that chain, humanity-lacking, store aura. Full attention to detail, without any hiccups over my entirety of walking in there. Come here, voice your preferences, and relax; magic earns its place at this cozy spot, Camarillo Cuts. read more

Real friendly lady that cut me. I didn't wait long at all. The price was kinda misleading. It said ten, but a fade is 13... that's not anything special. But anyway, she cut my hair really short for no real reason... I would probably go back and give them another try. read more

My dad suggested this place to me after going to numerous bigger named places (Supercuts, Fantastic Sam's, etc.). This is the best priced place in Camarillo for a regular men's cut, which is $10. It's a local, small, mom and pop business, so you know I will gladly spend my hard earned money here. My favorite stylist is Lisa. Before Lisa, I have to honestly say, I didn't really enjoy the haircuts I received before. My fiancée told me, it was because they probably didn't know how to cut "Asian hair". I had no clue what she was talking about until I met Lisa. Lisa is Asian, so maybe the "Asian hair" assessment is true, because she always cuts my hair to my specifications and I always like the way I look after. The spot is small and lacks AC. So, on a hot day, you might not to get your hair cut. You would need to really keep your eyes open to find the place as signage is minimal. The waits are usually not that bad considering it's mostly just Lisa at the times I go. You're here for a haircut, not a spa experience. If you're looking for a spa experience, you are more than welcome to pay for said experience. I'll happily spend my $10 (and additional for tip) and go on my way. Street parking is plentiful. read more

Just moved here. Saw that it was cheap with good reviews. Please don't go here. Got my hair completely chopped and when I asked her to stop she kept chopping. I've never had to get out of a chair before but I did, paid, and went to another place so they just chop the rest off and make it look somewhat decent. This is actually my first Yelp review ever if that gives any context haha read more

I finally the first real chance to get a haircut. It was a Sunday. And, I just finished the early shift at work. But, all the barbershops and decent hair salons were closed on Sunday. It has been since June that I had a haircut. And, I wasn't about to risk another hack job with Super Cuts or Fantastic Sam's. So, searched out places with reviews and came across Camarillo Cuts. It had great reviews. And, I thought, "This might be worth trying." I arrived there after confirming they took walk-ins. It was just a hole in the wall in Old Town Camarillo. And, sure enough it was totally worth it. The hair stylist Liz was so friendly, and asked all the right questions. She took her time. Giving me one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. Just to get this type of service I would have to had to spend between $25 and $60; excluding tip. They're cost? $10.00 Yep, only $10.00! And, I'm going back there for my next haircut. If she did shaves? I would pay whatever the amount to let her shave me. read more

Excellent place to get a haircut! Great price and she even cuts ladies hair. I will be sending my husband there in the future.

Best haircut ever. Old lady puts Supercuts, Sportsclips, and every other barbershop to shame. And all for just $10!

Manuela cut my hair a couple of days ago and it was the best haircut I ever received, exactly how I wanted it & she was very patient with me! I didn't expect that from a little hole in the wall, simple place GREAT haircut! I have to bring all my grandchildren here for there next cut!! read more

I asked for a Fade and Taper style haircut. MERCEDES did a good job! And she only charged me 10 dollars too. I've saved so much money and I'm going back next time. I'm a customer. read more

Well, for $8, you really can't be too picky. I don't normally go here, but I was in need of a haircut before I went back to work and didn't have time to schedule with my normal barber. I walked in, and it was kind of a hole in the wall type barber shop, if that's even a thing. The lady working there was really sweet and friendly. There was a couple guys in there waiting on a haircut before me but they went fast and I was able to get my hair cut after not having to wait very long. I'm in the navy so I asked for a fade around the sides, nothing off the top. Now, any guy who's tried to get a fade before knows it's hard to find a barber who can successfully pull off a fade. I don't know why that's so hard to find, but it is. I was lucky, she actually did a pretty good job on it. It wasn't as good as the barber I'm used to, but for the price I paid and going in there with no appointment, it was probably just as good if not better than any other type of hair cut I would've got from anywhere else that lets you just walk in. I gave her a $4 tip, which I think was fair. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're in search of a quick, but good haircut. read more
