They break lease contracts without giving you the right to cure along with forced Evictions above…read moreand beyond the law. The sugar hill DDA authority owns the building. They say the pledge of allegiance before they begin their meetings, but they do not practice it. The property manager says he is not on the DDA authority board, but he is on it. All of them work above the law including alcohol on site. The property manager clearly has whisky bottles in his office visible to all people who pay attention. The waiting room upstairs is a joke. It has a hole in the middle of the floor where a bowling ball must have cracked it. They call an old desk and a cabinet without any chairs a waiting room for the customers upstairs. Property management gave me a hard time when I asked for the door that leads from my office suite to another office suite to be double bolted because the other person could easily unlock the door and walk into my office at anytime. After several negative emails, they finally agreed. You can't have signs on the property because of a city ordinance, but the day care across the street is allowed to have them. The building is locked up so tight that customers can't get into the building without you physically walking them into the building or taking time out to hit a button to let them in, so this ends up running off your customers because no one likes to wait. If you're not in your office 80% percent of the time, you'll more than likely be asked to leave because they want you on site making money. It says it in the contract. You see - if you make money over a certain margin the city gets to raise your taxes and make substantially more money on you. They are also going up on their rent to make it not worth the hassles of renting here. Expect a huge rent increase.
