My next trip I wanted something acidic and bright with a meat and veggie presence instead of the typical rice, beans, and a dab of some ground beef or chicken. Almost settled for something like that but then saw the Burrito Ranchito and it was INCREDIBLE. Pico, avocado, steak, and onions were exactly what I wanted that night and it came out just as delicious as I was expecting. Tried it a couple times since, including one trip where we all ordered the California Burrito partly because it was funny and partly because it was a great price for a standard Mexican grill plate. And my burrito was actually soggy... and not by any delicious juices coming from the food. It honestly felt as though it had gotten wet before it was used to wrap up the ingredients.
