As advertised, the hot wings are smoked and then fried before being served. The ribs are dry rubbed and awesome hard to stop eating them. My buddies also got a pork sandwich, but were not impressed as much as the other stuff. The flavor to cost ratio is high with this one. A substantial portion of it ended up on my shirt which is a good sign of the right ingredients. The Poutine was perfect (if a little pricey for the portion - come on guys! The company is awesome because they use ethically raised meat and locally sourced foods when possible! Their herbs and produce are from an organic community garden. I love the "Magenta" prickly pear lemonade it's not too sweet like other lemonades I've had. I've tried multiple gourmet wraps but the honey chipotle has been my favorite so far! You can't beat that the honey for this wrap is from their own bees! I love the portion size of the wrap and paired with their kettle chips and mesquite chocolate chip cookies I'm always full after. I'm a big fan and can't wait to try their signature sweet potato fries soon!
