Once we got home we opened it to find mold on the inside of the lid. Things happen out of many of our control but the low rating is because how they handled it. I had returned it within 15 minutes of the purchase and showed it to the same cashier who of course remembered me. He called the manager or owner and after telling him what happened handed me the phone. I was then told over the phone that they couldn't do anything until their supplier looked at it! I was willing to just exchange it but they would not even do that. They said that they would call me. I had yet to hear back so called today. They gave me an "Oh yeah, can you call back tomorrow?" This is very poor business in my opinion.

I had a trip to Springfield coming up and my wife happened to notice that Binny's in Springfield carried a beer that we like but did not know was even available in the U.S. I looked online and found other beers I have not seen at the store in St. Louis so we planned to visit Binny's while in Springfield. All I can say is that I wish I had more trips to Springfield coming up because the beer selection I saw at Binny's was really amazing. I also found the employees extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to help me find what I was looking for, which is a good thing because I found the beer area overwhelming. Probably once a person learns how the beers are arranged it's easier, but organization system for the beers is not obvious at first glance, however that would be my only complaint. Otherwise I had a terrific experience.

We also ended up finishing a bottle of Jameson by paying for four shots, and got to sign it! (That's a tradition --- finish a Jameson bottle, sign it, and they put it on the wall). Clyde didnt make a sounds the entire time. Multiple people came up to me saying how good of a boy he was being. He was minding his business. This couple with 2 corgis comes in, same people from buzz bomb, and obviously my dog is interested as is theirs. Their dog barked first*****, so mine barked after, duh. So a bartender came up to us (group of 10-12) and said if my dog barked again, we needed to leave. I asked another bartender why because the other couples dog barked first and his response was "well they come in weekly" ahhhh sooo it's okay since they patron there often and we don't as much. Although, their dog started it everytime?? So I was saying goodbye to my family and ANOTHER bartender came up saying we had to leave and don't come back. TRUST!!! We won't!! AFTER clyde and I left, the bartender told my brother in law that he told us to leave 3x which literally did not happen!! He told me the one time and we left. So please!! Roll the footage on that one I would love to see it. The bartender tried fighting my brother in laws dad after nasty comments were made about my niece.
