I have used Dr. Fuller and Hope Animal Clinic ever since they have been open and I can assure you…read morethat this is a top of the line we'll run, compassionate and caring veterinary clinic. Your pets health care comes first!!! They have the most up to date surgery and diagnostic capabilities and equipment in central Alabama and strive to stay on top of the latest in veterinary care. I know this because I've used Dr. Fuller for so long and he has done seminars for my breed club in the past and he is a well educated veterinarian highly skilled in surgery and compassionate and Christian values.

I made an appointment to have my dog spayed with the Humane Society low cost certificate. Was told there would be a few options for additional costs and as long as she was up to date on shots there would be no additional charges. Before the appointment I realized she was in heat. I called, found out there was additional fee for that. I said ok I can wait till she's done. When should I reschedule that? Expecting them to be the professionals and knowing when that should be. We rescheduled it on the date THEY suggested. I had it done today. When dropping her off I was told they required a 6 month Bordatella shot (never heard of that), and the influenza vaccination. Then when I went to pick her up they said she was in heat so I was charged the additional fee. I told them they scheduled this based on needing to be passed that and was told that it could last up to 10 weeks. THEY were the ones that picked this date based on being the "professionals" knowing about this. I am so over the addition fees and the added costs that seem to be added on after they do the procedure and you are stuck. We had another dog that they gave 2 shots she didn't need and we told them ahead of time. I got that money back thankfully. But when this happens over and over I will never go back.

We brought our dog here for all of the "Family Dog" classes [I-IV) last year…read more Positives: 1) Our rescue dog went from knowing nothing to learning how to touch, sit, down, stay, walk on leash, come when called, and leave it. 2) The trainer we worked with, Aiden, was enthusiastic and helpful and knew our dog by name. 3) Our dog loved to go there each week for class. 4) Scheduling is flexible and you sign up week to week. Negatives: 1) The facility isn't very clean--it smells of urine and has piles of dog hair everywhere. 2) The pace of learning was a bit slow--you're limited by the least advanced dog in the class because of the way the classes are structured. We ended up simultaneously enrolling our dog in a class at a different facility so he could stay engaged and learn new things. 3) The company puts most of its energy into training service dogs--the other aspects of the business seem like afterthoughts. Other thoughts: I think that Roverchase has grown too fast and hasn't put systems in place to keep up. There are many times we were told "you need to talk to Abby about that". Unfortunately, Abby was bad about not answering email, returning calls, or showing up for booked in-home private lessons. When she is with our dog, she definitely knew her stuff and was able to give us helpful advice (that worked). She's just stretched too thin and hasn't realized yet that this is hurting her business. I wish her and the Roverchase team nothing but the best.
