It was OK. Positives - super convenient if you're staying at the hotel. Really cool ambiance although it is showing some wear and tear. The patio overlooking the Square has unbeatable views and scenery. Awesome place for an afternoon cocktail. Negatives - they were out of 3 draft beers. I tried to order the pulled pork sandwich and I was informed they don't make it any more and they were in the process of taking it off the menu. The smash burger I got was a joke (see my pictures). My waitress was nice just not very fast. If you are looking for a cool spot for a drink, this works. If you are looking for more of a culinary experience, go some place on the Square. read more

I don't want to be overly critical because this hotel, and the rooftop could be amazing if you just wanted to chug some beers, have some college student level cocktails, and party before during or after the Ole Miss game... but, I was a business traveler with clients showing up in the middle of January. There were only four people in the entire place and the service was horrible. Very confrontational, pushback bar "maid" (and she was a dude). Happy hour food absolutely sucked. Not trying to be overly critical. I am also a Hilton Diamond Reserve member and this is why I stayed here. I might as well have said I was a Mormon selling Old Testament Bibles. This is a dial it in at BEST staff from the front door to the rooftop bar. Save a whole bunch of money and go stay down the street. read more

I just had the absolute WORST experience EVER with this restaurant. 1. Our waitress took a whole hour to bring us our drinks 2. The food was cold once we received it another hour after we got our drinks 3. Since the waitress was so slow I went to the bar to get a refill on water and watched the bartender wait on every. Single. Man. At the bar twice before he even glanced at me. Once he acknowledged me and I asked for a water he said "nope it'll be a minute" and rolled his eyes and walked away. A GROWN MAN. And before you say "they were probably busy", NO.. there was maybe 10 tables max and the bar had 5-6 men at the bar. If you're looking for good drinks with a rooftop view of The Square, then The Coop is an excellent option. Their food menu isn't too expansive, but what they have is always delicious. The Coop's best food item are their wings, without a doubt. However, their cocktails are what makes them stand out. This is a great spot to get some good drinks with friends and just hang out at the bar or catch some sun outside on the rooftop. My most recent visit was over Double Decker weekend. On Saturday it was pretty packed as you can see from our photo, but service was great regardless. We swung in again on Sunday for a little day-drinking for my birthday (yahoo!). It was must calmer of an atmosphere with most people having fled town after the end of the festival. Again, it's a great spot to meet up with some friends for some casual drinking. If you're looking for more of a meal, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Located at the top of the graduate hotel by Hilton. Arrived at 3pm. The place so crowded you could barely move. WTF sign #1. The bouncer lady was nice and was keeping a count so they wouldn't go over occupancy but it was just too crowded. After scoping out everyone and trying to figure out protocol for ordering for 10 minutes we saw a table of 4 leave and we took to their table. WTF sign #2. We moved the dirty plates and cups to make it easier for the waitstaff. The waitress finally decided to make a table appearance about 7-9 minutes later. WTF sign #3. She asked if we were all set as she picked up the signed receipt. WTF sign #4. Then she realized the prior groups had left and we were the new customers She was pissed that the bill was about $165 and they left a $10 tip WTF sign #5. That told me she was a terrible waitress. She took the dirty plates and cups and said she would be right back to take our order. I watched her go to 5 other tables taking orders and checking on guests. She even checked in the table right next to us because some new people joined them. After waiting a total of 30 minutes we walked out with no service. We were not the only ones to leave. I saw 2 other groups/family leave before us. This place is a joke. The tables are literally so close together people have there chair backs against the table behind them. Limited menu is a glorified sonic menu. All waitstaff appeared overwhelmed. When you pay over $1000 or $1500 per night to stay at this place for a game weekend you expect better. I would be pissed if I paid to stay here. Management should be ashamed. Corporate office needs to visit and get this place up to expectations. Quite literally one of my worst restaurant/bar visits of the year. read more

4th floor of the Graduate Hotel bar/restaurant. Although not a deep menu, it was decent. My son and I both ordered the Chicken melt sandwich. Very tasty! We also really enjoyed the tater tot/pork appetizer first - enough for just two people, I would say. Grateful we didn't have far to go while staying in the hotel (which I highly recommend). The service with Ella was excellent!! She was very attentive, despite how busy they were. *Heads up, adults need to accompany any minors under 21. I wish I could give zero stars. This roof top bar at the Graduate was once the best and now the worst. There is no concept of customer service. If you need service be prepared to ask multiple times for it. We had a six table top but only five chairs. We asked for another high top chair and were told they don't have them. I didn't expect much for a hotel restaurant but I expected more than this.... The waitress was very sweet. Having said that, both of our silverware was wrapped grossly dirty. The buffalo cauliflower came out still frozen in the middle. And the burger came out with no lettuce and tomato so essentially meat and cheese only. We stopped at sonic on the way back to our hotel and we both said we could have gotten a better meal there. read more

I'm in town for orientation and staying at The Graduate. This restaurant is convenient, literally down the hall from my room. My son went to eat with some friends, so it's just me. I walk in and ask for a table for one and the hostess says I can just go in and have a seat at the bar. I told her I wasn't interested in sitting at the bar, I wasn't there to have drink at the bar, I actually want to have dinner after a very long day of driving. She suggested I sit outside.....ummm....it's raining..... I give up trying to get her help and walk up to the bar and ask if they have a to-go menu and I get the craziest look. I see there is a small table by a window and asked if I could sit there. Bartender said sure. So I have a seat. No one comes to ask if I need a menu, need a drink, nothing. I mean no one. I sat here for about 10 minutes and finally someone walked by and I asked if there was a wine list I could look at. Waitress grabbed one and brought it back. I looked it over, not a great list by any stretch of the imagination, but it will do. I expected someone would come by and take my order... Not. A. Soul. I think I sat here looking like a lonely desperate female for what seemed an eternity before I finally flagged down the next waitress that walked by. She was gracious and apologetic. Got my wine and salad ordered. There was only one Pinot Grigio available, Dark Horse. I've never had it before, it was ok...not sure I'll ever order it again. Chicken Caesar Salad arrives. The atmosphere is great. You can sit outside or inside. We sat outside and it gives a lovely view of the square. The food was tasty and I love the simplicity and consistency of the menu. Our server, Katherine, was very attentive and friendly and the food come out fast and fresh. My friends and i decided to have a girls night here and i've been here many times before but last night was very disappointing. we were there for two and a half hours and our server, Ms. Logan, only checked on us two times. she also placed my friend and I order in wrong so we got the wrong food, of course didn't say anything since we didn't know how long it would take for a new order to be made. When we were waiting for our check we see her yawning over next to the bar and talking to a co worker. Overall food was not as good as it should be and service was very poor. This is a great place to sit out and admire the Oxford skyline in the summer. Sitting on top of the rebuilt Graduate Hotel, the Coop is the place to take visitors for a mojito and good conversation in the summer when the students are away. read more

While I would not recommend going here on an empty stomach or without plans to actually eat something after- I would 100% recommend going here for drinks, good vibes and a beautiful view of downtown Oxford. The Coop is an amazing rooftop bar that offers some of the best drinks in Oxford all while giving you the chance to overlook some of the best scenery in town. The frozen drinks are always great on a hot day but my favorite is their Moscow mules. I would regularly go here with friends and order their fries, cheese board or burger if I was looking for a quick but not overly heavy meal before going out. Located in the graduate this is a one stop shop if you're hoping to pregame and take some beautiful pictures too. read more

What a gem! Right off the square and one of the only roof deck's in town. The drinks were expensive ($10 cocktails) and I couldn't have cared less because the ambiance, service and quality was above par. When you walk in, you're welcomed by an old fashioned candlestick dripping wax and lighting the dim bar tops before you're greeted by a waiter wearing a pressed Oxford (ha) shirt and bow tie. He was pleasant and happy to quickly pour me a fantastic gin, grapefruit and mint cocktail (can't remember the name).
