Building is pretty accessible, I had to hold open a door for my friend who uses a motorized chair but the layout was easy for him to maneuver and the ramps to get up from the parking lot were clear. We enjoyed our ice creams and cookies (Richardsons, can't go wrong there). The cashier was nice and I got our order quickly. read more

Refused to let me order, the workers said they where afraid, I mean I have worked at the school Dept and the corner gas station. Involved in many youth activities around the town. This was the most embarrassing moments and to have to return home empty handed to my children and wife waiting. This was a very humiliating experience. read more

I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a sweet treat. Cookie Monstah came up in my search. I had tried them once before when I was at Revere Beach & they were there with their truck so I knew they are good. I ordered (Uber Eats delivered) two build your own ice cream sandwiches. Me & my boyfriend split one and saved the other one to share at another time. The cookie and ice cream were so good. Both you can taste they are fresh and home made which makes a big difference. We'll be visiting their shop in the future! read more

great product we love everything. But we have and an on going problem when we try to come within the last hour of closing 9-10pm usually and this specific location is closed almost an entire hour before posted closing times. this has happened almost 5-6 times over the span of the last 6-12 months. super annoying and has completely stopped me from trying to give business anymore. change your hours if you don't want to follow what you have out there for the public. read more

Ice cream is good, and cookies are too. Service is also great, they are always very polite and friendly. I like how they are open later than most places. This should be atleast a 4 star place! read more

I came here with some friends on a Friday evening around 6:30pm. We definitely beat the rush because we were the only ones when we got there, but the place was packed by the time we left. Luckily, there is plenty of seating. As an added bonus, the interior is currently decorated for the holidays. I opted for the Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich with Crunchasaurus ice cream, which, to my surprise, was "Cookie Monster" blue. The ice cream they serve is made by Richardson's, and it seems that the cookies are made in-house. The ice cream sandwich itself was pretty big, which I have no problem with, but it was a little difficult to bite for that reason, so I ended up just eating the ice cream and cookies separately. The flavor of the cookies was good. They definitely tasted homemade. I'll likely come back to try other varieties. read more

The minute I saw the name of this bakery, it was on my mind. When we were in Shubie's Marketplace in Marblehead and I spotted a stack of these cookies, we had to try them. Who doesn't love a giant, oversized cookie with m&ms? I enjoyed seeing these in a local marketplace since we were unable to make it directly into the bakery. They seem to have a ton of name recognition. I can see why these have a bit of a following in the area. Pop them in the microwave and they become the perfect ooey gooey consistency. They were a little pricey but good for a special treat while on our trip! read more

We've come here at least 10 times since they opened up a couple of months ago. If you're craving ice cream and cookies, this is the place to go! They have a variety of ice creams and cookies with a plethora of options to prepare them. My go-to is their cookies n cream which is totally turtle ice cream with a snicker doodle cookie. My boyfriend and friends love their cookies quake which is a milk shake of cookies n cream ice cream and chopped up chocolate chunk cookies. Did I mention the portions are huge? Definitely a meal in itself. Very good food with very good service. Will always come back for more! read more

Single cookie now costs over $4 even though their website advertises $3.25. I don't care about inflation, that's way too much and on principle I will no longer be supporting this business. read more

Lots of options and fast service but expensive! Used to go all the time but the prices increased so much it's not worth it.

Always have to avoid when driving because it's so so so good but definitely come here if u like ice cream and cookies. I would say it's a bit expensive but it's worth it at end of day. read more

Made a quick night stop here since we had a cookie craving, and this place definitely delivered! I got the Snickers ice cream for kids portion since I didn't want too much and the salted caramel cookie. Friend got the small cookies and cream with a chocolate chip cookie. Very delish! Only thing is we would have liked warm cookies, but it will do! read more

I love it it's such an amazing experience. I love being around these people and the cookies are amazing!

Usually amazing cookies! Until you order online, and they forget to send the cookies.... like what? I ordered 12 cookies and a shake. I got a shake. I called the store and they said they realized it and refunded me instead of sending them. smh.... now I've got a sad dad on father's day weekend and a screaming toddler lol... YAY! read more

The cookies were amazing, Skylar and Jayla were assisting me with my order and they made it a breeze. This place has the best milkshake/frappe I've ever had! They are called quakes and are made with Richardson's ice cream (many flavors to choose from) and a cookie mix in of your choice. Big cookie chunks on top with a spoon along with cookie chunks blended in make this thing nuts! Comes with a spoon and a super wide straw that allows the cookie chunks to flow straight into your face without getting stuck (genius move). Must try!!! read more

Not sure if they had an off day, but I got an ice cream sandwich today, brought it home, and it was Melted, I don't mean melting, I meant FULL ON melted. It was less than 10 minutes from purchase to when I opened it to eat.. I tried to eat the melted mess and cookies, and honestly, none of it was good. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was an off day, but it certainly doesn't have me in a rush to go back read more

We got our orders quickly and the staff was super friendly. I got the cookie quake and it was very good! I'm always a fan of Richardson's ice cream, and paired with cookies it is great. Good all around experience here read more

I've never been to the food truck, so this was my first time trying the cookies. I ordered a cookie sandwich with Oreo stuffed and coffee Oreo ice cream. The cookie was strong enough to support the ice cream, but soft enough to eat. In terms of the Oreo stuffed component, I felt like there may not have been enough Oreo cream- double stuffed might be a better choice in the cookie. The ice cream was really good- it hadn't completely melted by the time we got home, either. The price did seem a little high, but the portions are very large, so it's not too bad. I would suggest make multiple sizes, though, because it's almost impossible to finish a cookie sandwich in one sitting. Overall, I would give it four stars. read more

Best gf cookies but nasty not warmed up. If I go and order a warmed up cookie one more time and they hand me a bunch of cookies, I get into the car, and my cookie is ice cold one more time, I will loose my shit. I simply ask for a gf cookie warmed up how hard is it. I worked in the food industry I understand and I normal give a lot of credit to all workers but I just want a warmed cookie not a piece of cardboard. read more
