They served it on a bed of thinly sliced cabbage. For me, anything including garnishes on a plate should be edible, and the cabbage alone wasn't. It needed a lime/fish sauce something. This dish was lacking for me and why I gave four stars, not 5. I know, I should get a signature dish if I review a restaurant, but I think more can be learned by smaller items on the menu, if they do them well they do everything well.
