He's understanding and while not overly approachable he's very reasonable, fair and effective at what he does. As for the building itself, the lobby is dated but kept absolutely spotless. There are issues here, but this was one of the more inexpensive buildings in town when I was house-hunting. You gotta be realistic; you can't expect the Chateau Mormont at a Best Western Plus rate (or whatever, I don't stay in hotels). We've had some pretty big issues with the plumbing but they were all dealt with quite fast by the building manager. The apartments themselves are what you'd expect for the (inflated, Kelowna market) price. Our unit had horrible tenants before who apparently did a lot of damage but you wouldn't know it by looking at it. One of the best parts about this building is the emphasis on both security and quiet. When we were being interviewed the building manager took us on a tour of the building (of course) and showed off all the security features that are installed. Despite the location I've never felt unsafe here. As for the quiet factor, that was heavily stressed when we were being interviewed and for the most part it's been what we've experienced. There's a rather stompy neighbour upstairs from us but the day after we issued a complaint about it the building manager had dealt with it. All in all, living here has been a positive. The units are basic, but good and well-kept. I'm looking forward to staying here for the next several years.

It was only for 3 months until we found a place closer to work. After living in other place 6 months, we realized that we were in very unenviable company, so we begged managers Finch from Benvoulin O. Manor to return to. We were lucky. The last available apartment was just cleaned and available. The managers were serious and fair to everyone. The garage is a little low, so you can't move furniture into the elevator from it, but you have to park on a very busy street. The family before us lived in that apartment for 4 years, after which they moved to their own house. After The Finches, came new managers who were different but also hardworking and caring. We lived in that apartment for about 5 years and moved to our new apartment. The rent is a bit lower than in other places in overpriced Kelowna, but it should actually be a benchmark for today's economic situation. Whenever we pass by that building, we always say: bye our paradise !

I was in town visiting my aging dad who's key fob to his aging car had broke open. He had recently…read moremisplaced his second key so I thought we should replace both. Ryan came right over, fixed the first broken key as well as created a second key. He made sure both keys worked and when doing so noticed dad's battery was low so he charged it as well. Very nice guy with reasonable prices. Couldn't ask for better service!

You provided great…read moreadvice and set me up with Bryce who did and excellent job of providing the right replacement fob, and making it compatible with the vehicle and testing it for compliance with the vehicle's door lock and starting systems and he did so while communicating clearly what he was doing and why. Mill Creek Estates are run by Argus Management Co.'so Beware.' Their leases contain a clause called…read moreLiquidated Assets. This means if you must break your lease for any reason, they will charge you another months rent even though your apartment has been rented. So they will make double rent on that months rent. Also their leases contain clauses that the tenants are responsible for professional carpet cleaning, professional blind cleaning and professional painting. The management company than keeps your damage deposit of a full months rent to do all the routine maintenance on your apartment when you vacate your premises.So in fact these complex owners use everyone's damage deposits to keep up there buildings.The last straw was when the tenants upon giving notice were billed for cleaning in common areas. The actual managers of Mill Creek Estates were two individuals that spent most of their time being busybodies and most certainly not looking after the day to day operations. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY

We're a society, not a strata corporation and after almost 4 years they still don't know how to…read morehelp us. They offer no advice or assistance or seem to know nothing about the Societies Act of BC, the legislation that applies to us. Ask a question, the response is call a lawyer! Anything they do besides answer an owner's email is charged xtra. Even their accounting dept screws up. They won't accept cc or cash payments over the phone or at their offices. Slow to respond, lack of knowledge and 'nickle & dimed' to death. Not a great service provider.

Our strata experience with APM does not even rate one star. Management provides no support to…read moretheir company clients in directing/correcting a poor strata manager. We are leaving!! Darryl Scott is a very junior strata manager, comes across as all knowing but has to be corrected on most of his actions or lack of actions. To many issues to mention. Our strata has gone through 7 strata managers with APM all worse then the next. It is unfortunate that our frustrations are with APM, however, I think it is a more systemic problem with Property Managers who do not follow the SPA and managers/owners who do not want to correct or confront the strata manager for fear of loosing an employee. There has been an ongoing legal dispute about the parking/ownership of garages/parking spaces that continuedly costs more and more legal fees. They keep raising the condo fees and back dating the raises yet they will not provide owners with proper information about how much they are paying unless we pay for a statement from the management company. Tenants are harassed constantly about little things. Parking is a nightmare. The parking spots owned by the condo are impossible to rent as some people own two spots and then rent more while others only have one spot (which you need to own) and no chance of ever renting another. Favoritism rules in the parking lot. Give this complex a miss as it is not a good investment and a nightmare to live in.

Booked $10,000 worth of travel with this agency. They accepted payment then never mailed me any of…read moremy travel documents. Without these I didn't get reserved seats on my flights, my elderly mother and I had to take the seats left which were far apart. When I contacted the agency they were not concerned with my situation. I had to contact the cruise company directly myself to get my travel documents. I would strongly recommend you avoid using this agency.
