While there was a hiccup, it only proved that they were honorable and stood by their work to ensure 100% satisfaction. Thanks Matt, Shane, Ryan and all the hard workers! We requested a certain kind of laurel, but he suggested we go with a different species. They planted the laurels next to an irrigation overflow stream. The plants were watered on a timely basis. All but 3 of the plants died within less than a year. He told us the plants were getting too much water. We had no idea on how to water them. They did not make any suggestions regarding watering. They knew the irrigation overflow ditch was there when they planted them. They are the ones that recommended this type of laurel. We were charged around $3,000 for the plants and labor to plant them. I called several times to get some resolution and he would not call me back. After about 3 months I was finally able to reach him. I asked him what he could do about this problem. He basically told me that it was not their fault and that he would go out of business if he had to replace every plant they planted. It's too bad because he seemed like a trustworthy person.
