Their laptop repair service is great, they'll include a 1 year repair warranty on any work they do to cover one's voided manufacturer warranty. Ideal for anyone on a budget who doesn't want to replace a whole laptop for the sake of one faulty component. Although I troubleshoot and repair my desktop computer myself as they are easier to work with than laptops, which have annoying chassis designs making them harder to take apart and repair, I have no doubt that the technicians at this shop would be able to repair a desktop computer. However, this is a small shop and I would not recommend it for anyone looking to purchase hardware/software from new. Use a large retailer for that and remember to do your research thoroughly to get the most hardware for your money. read more

Went here a few days ago at the weekend as my Epson Printer of many years had finally died. Them being an Epson service center i really thought they would have some printers and be able to help me choose which one would suit me the best so, I checked the Epson website and they said that this shop is one. So i went, and to my suprise, closed. I glanced threw the window and could only see a few printer inks and some tatty Epson boxes. So i went back again a few days later to try again, and to my suprise that was all they had, no other printers just two boxes. I was very suprised and disapointed. After not very much help at all from the person on the counter i left and thought i may as well just go to the local argos store as they will have some, but spotted ANOTHER computer shop over the road from them so went in there. I was pleasantly suprised when i found they had 3 different models of Epson printers, and even some used ones for people on a budget! When i asked about ink i was amazed at the literal wall of ink cartgidges they had ready for people! I know where i will and wont be going for my Printer ink and computer help from now on! read more
