I recently had first rate service from this firm. My old fridge-freezer had packed up, and they arranged an inspection which confirmed ( as I by then had realised ) that it was beyond repair, and the highly efficient representative ( Scott ) , having remembered every relevant detail following more than one visit by me to the premises, arranged a good replacement, and made sure it was tested on arrival and prior to installation. I reflected later on how easy this had all been in comparison to flogging around white goods shops, where it is often a day's work to find a sales rep. I had been able to park right outside the premises , and deal with polite, efficient people who specialise in fridges , and who were at the top of their game. A real asset to the area! read more
