I've had an O2 contract for some time now and upgraded instore once or twice. Generally the staff are knowledgeable and helpful but I was badly advised once when I asked if a phone I was interested in had GPS. I was told it did but only after taking out a new contract did I find out it actually had GPRS which isn't the same thing. That was some time ago though so I assume that particular employee will by now either have learned the different between GPS and GPRS or left his employment there. read more
