Ricardo is not only an expert who will gladly help and repair your PC, but he's also fair, communicative, and exceptionally skilled. In addition, my PC was repaired and ready to be picked up within a day of leaving it in Ricardo's hands. When my PC wouldn't turn on -- which I believed to be a power supply issue -- I first took it to Best Buy for a diagnosis. However, they could not have been less helpful; they wouldn't even attempt to identify the problem. In contrast, when I reached out to Ricardo, he very nobly offered free advice on the safest and most cost-effective steps to diagnose and fix my PC in an effort to save me money. At the same time, he reassured me that he'd be happy to handle the repair himself if that was my preference. I can confidently say there's nowhere else I'd rather go for my computer services and repairs. I would be remiss not to mention the care and thoroughness he brings to every step of the process. Not only did Ricardo repair my PC -- the service I received truly went the extra mile. It's now running like brand new. In addition to replacing the power supply, he completely cleaned out the dust, replaced the thermal paste on the CPU, and checked for viruses and malware. Throughout the process, Ricardo maintained clear communication regarding the services he was performing, and he never charged me for anything I didn't request.

After calling several places and going to the geek squad I was devastated with the grim prognosis and expensive solutions offered until my husband found Keystone on another site. The reviews spoke so highly of Ricardo, that I quickly called him despite it being closing time. To my surprise he picked up the phone and then offered to stay and wait for me. He was amazing, told me he'd run a diagnostic to check my hard drive first to be sure there was no damage from the drop- why repair if hard drive damages (wow! We agreed that he would proceed with the repair if all was well. He spelled out the terms of our agreement and gave me a 5 day turn around. You can imagine how happy I was to get a call the following day from him saying my laptop was ready. This is my kind of establishment, honest, fair, customer-friendly and fast! He clearly is passionate about what he does and it shows.

About two years ago we began to realize our do-it-yourself approach to IT no longer worked. After several failures with "break-fix" IT providers, we began searching for someone who could truly partner with us. We had grown too much and gotten too busy in the past few years to go it alone on on our information and tech support needs. We needed someone who could step in, understand our needs and take the burden of IT management off our hands without giving up control of our own tech. After a careful search, and reading some wonderful reviews about Ferrara IT, we met with Frank Ferrara. What impressed our team the most - after speaking with a number of IT service companies - was that Frank listened. He didn't immediately tell us what we needed. He asked questions. He listened to our concerns, our IT war stories and our frustrations with tech support we had received over the years. In truth, Frank offered us a bit of free IT therapy that day. He also did his homework long before he made any recommendations. When he came back to us with a proposal, it was evident he heard our concerns, factored them into his thinking and offered the first really customized IT services proposal I've ever seen. It was a solution that addressed our needs rather than simply serving as a one-size-fits-all solution. And more importantly, it laid out a plan to help us navigate our tech future as well. We've been working with Ferrara IT for a few months now. Frank has installed our new hardware, helped improve our data security, ensured all our staff members are aware of and comfortable with the IT infrastructure and improvements he has made, and responded to all manor of technology and software situations we've thrown at him. He even helped us convert our office to a whole new VOIP phone system that has been an impressive success. Frank and his support team are always available, always helpful and friendly, and quick to respond. Hiring Ferrara IT is likely the best management decision I've made in 2018. It's made a tremendous difference in how we operate as a company. For 20 years, I've worked in office environments and interacted with dozens of IT professionals.
