It is a newer plaza just east of I-75 on archer road. Yea I know traffic sucks too. This is a totally brand new unit. We walked into 3 walls and a roof with a lot of glass. Now it has walls and ceilings and rooms and looks like a restaurant.I really think no I KNOW that it will do really good. There is nothing scratch cooked for maybe 3 miles. I have been to Coterie Market a couple of times and have enjoyed everything I've tried. The shop is quant, with a lot of rotating items--both drinks and baked goods. They have a little gift shop inside with a variety of trinkets and such too. The atmosphere is cute and unique, there is nothing like it in midtown for sure. They do have indoor seating and I can see this being a good study spot. Their hours are also decent as they close at 5, which is later than some spots in the area. The service is good and the workers are really friendly. They offer great suggestions and are really pleasant. I have tried a couple of items including their chocolate chip cookies, banana bread, and other seasonal treats. The can say the banana bread is easily the best I've ever had. Super moist with a cinnamon streusel-like topping, with ample amounts of chocolate chunks, and bananas--DIVINE. If this is available when you go, don't hesitate, just order it. Their chocolate chip cookies are good, but nothing too special. I think they use an all-white sugar base, whereas I prefer more of a brown butter type of cookie. They are thin, with crispy edges, and a good amount go chocolate chunks. While all the baked goods are great here--they are on the pricier side...especially considering how big they are. While the banana bread is a larger portion, it comes in around $5 for a slice. The cookies are almost $4 per cookie. I think their baked goods are really great, but I honestly can't justify the price... Overall, I think Coterie Market is great little shop in Midtown. They offer an eclectic, fun menu that caters to the college town. They host a lot of events and will collab with other businesses as well. I really want to check some of these events out at some point. The baked good are of good quality, but are pricey. But I definitely think the banana bread is a highlight here and shouldn't be missed. I will probably come back at some point and check out there new items. Worth a try if you haven't been!

The menu is small and straightforward, featuring less than ten items, all under $10. Seating is limited with about four tables, two couches and a coffee table. The store has a very cozy atmosphere and is a great place to sit and get work done if things aren't too busy. They do host events on some nights, such as readings, meetings and mic nights, all of which are posted on their Facebook page. Third House has an open hallway connecting it to Downtown Wine & Cheese next door. They are separately owned, but may have deals during events like Open Mic Night (50% off one glass of house wine). I enjoyed my time at Third House, and I hope to see the business thrive. They have my support for sure.

They then proceeded to gossip about the interaction after she'd departed, loud enough for me to hear, which I'd have preferred to not hear. The first interaction was a woman tapping on her watch as she approached, not to say welcome, but to tell me they're closing soon. I was aware of their hours, but figured I could run in and find enough new pieces to cover my week-long business trip. This acrid interaction was enough for me to simply put the clothing back and leave. Immediately after exiting the shop, the open signs were pulled in...15mins early. TL:DR: Excellent selection of clothing, ranging from casual chic to nice flowey formal pieces. The staff are, ironically, not down to Earth and not very pleasant or attentive.
