The instructors are so friendly, helpful, and will keep you entertained all night with their jokes and banter lol The parking lot has plenty of parking and there's a great pizza spot next door if you want to grab a bite or beverage there before your event or during the event's break times. I simply emailed the place and the owner texted me back to book the class. The location is very convenient. There was plenty of parking when we arrived for our 8pm class. The layout was simple. Very spacious. The walls were decorated with different paintings from previous classes. During the painting event, the instructor gave clear instructions throughout. The reason for one less star was because of the music choice. She did inform us that she had her son's playlist playing. It was rap music with curse words and songs about sex. It was awkward. Some of us had some giggles when we heard crazy lyrics. Better music choice would improve the overall atmosphere. Other than that, my partner and I had a good time.

An hour before the shower was set to start the artist canceled on us. She said that she was sick (which we understand happens). We reached out to the company immediately and it resulted in us not having the event we planned for. Customer services solutions were either we can reschedule the event (not possible) or a refund (which could only be handled on Monday). We found the artist and company to be unprofessional. There should always be a backup plan in case something happens with the artist. I can say that we will not be booking anymore events with them."

They had an ice bucket to chill our drinks and a table in the back reserved for us to put any extra alcohol or snacks that we brought. They also provided us wine glasses to drink out of which was so convenient! I really liked that the host had a microphone attached to her and the volume was loud enough to hear her over the chatter from birthday festivities and other group conversations. Instructions were easy to follow along to, and it was a great birthday overall! Highly recommend!

We had a private room, which allowed the children to interact and play together. They started off with tattoos and coloring while kids were brought to another area to make teddy bears in groups of four or five. Lately, you go to a birthday party, and the kids are all just running off on their own and not playing together. Here, the activities got the children to play together, which I find so important. It was absolutely awesome! I also liked the quality of the teddy bears, clothing, and backpacks the kids got. I also can't say enough nice things about the service and staff. They were incredibly helpful in every possible way and accommodating. From the moment we walked in everything just worked seamlessly. There's also such a calm vibe that it is pleasant for the parents hanging out. The party area is open and spacious so everyone felt very comfortable. About three different families that participated in our party liked it so much that they're looking to do their kids party there as well. This place deserves even more than five stars... The atmosphere and decor was amazing. It was so cute!Luis the head painter and our host was incredible. I thought we were going to maybe be tracing the image onto the canvas (as I have done that in previous paint studios) and we did not. We did everything free hand and he was an excellent teacher and was very helpful. There were several times where I thought I had ruined my painting and he helped me fix little mistakes which just added character and made it unique. There was only one person working (our "designated party host") who also was attending to multiple other painting customers and others who wanted smoothies made. She was overworked and overwhelmed. Another mother and I wound up helping the girls in the party with their slime, going so far as to grab the materials needed, hand them out, and help mix and give directions. There were other customers who even arrived, waited at the front door for 5 minutes and then turned around and left due to no one being able to acknowledge them. Our party host did the best she could given the constraints. We've been to many other birthday parties here before and we did not have the same great experience hosting ours. I received an email a few days after the party asking for my feedback, which I filled out honestly. Never heard anything back. ‍ We will return to paint some pottery, but won't ever have a birthday party here.

She is not well suited to for dealing with children, especially those who are creative and think outside the box. When the first kid arrived, she literally tried to send the parent away with "I want the parents to be gone so I can establish my authority" meanwhile the kids go to a special school for behavioral issues. After some words, she finally agreed to have the parents stay but in the back, out of line of sight of the kids. Her tone of voice reflected her totalitarian approach. Multiple kids came to talk to their parents about how mean the teacher was. I understand wrangling kids who are neural divergent can be a challenge, but there is a impactful difference between setting appropriate boundaries vs "Rule with an iron fist" smack downs. The parents can hear how she was treating the kids from the back, no wonder why she wanted them to drop and leave. One of our neighbors had a much younger kid, who stayed in the same room with the kids the whole time, told us Rachel yelled "Shut Up" several times at the kids. I regret having exposed these vulnerable children to someone who is clearly discriminatory. Please learn from my mistake, save your kids from Rachel! If you want a good place with much more talented teachers, go to ArteVino in Milburn instead, so much more friendly, and less stingy about materials. I'm not affiliated with them in anyway, other than us having a kids party there 2 years ago, just wish I went there this time also instead; lessons learned!
