The menu board is a lot to look at if you haven't been there previously. I would recommend checking out their online menu before going if you're unsure of what to try. I like how part of their script once you've ordered is "Scoot around the corner". A few of my favorites that I would recommend include the Espresso Blenders, an Iced Carmelicious, an Iced Praline Carmelicious (Limited Time Only), a Mango Smoothie, a Strawberry Banana Smoothie, or their Frosted Sugar Cookies (they are much larger than you'd expect). I did try a Chai Tea Latte with Caramel Cold Foam as I've liked that at other coffee places but it didn't taste the same and I wasn't a fan. Maybe I'll try it again someday and order it a bit different. With their espresso drinks, I do like to add the extra shot but sometimes decline as it can get spendy. The staff are always friendly and often converse with you while you wait for your order, asking about your day or plans. I believe you can create an account and get points but I'm not too familiar with how that works. If you're in the area or in Grand Forks as there is also a location there, I'd recommend you stop by and try it!

To make all of this unacceptable, was apology, or discount for the inconvenience was offered and I was charged full price for the order despite not being given my complete meal.
