I generally like CBTL as they do one thing that a lot of the other coffee shops don't and that is they use a whisk to mix their powders with their espresso/coffee. I wished every coffee shop did this so I don't have to pop off the lid and ask for a stir stick. Most places that add syrup or flavorings don't do this an all of the essence is at the bottom and only when you are almost done is when you get to the good stuff. Anyways, this specific location is my go to b/c it's close to home and they are open super early. I order my drinks via the app 99% of the time and the drink is ready by the time I get there. For the most part, the drinks are pretty consistent every time whether I'm going to this location or another one. The staff here have always been nice and greet me by name. Well, the morning crew do at least as that's when I am there. This location is the biggest inside and there isn't any outdoor seating, but I've never had an issue with this place. Small location, with friendly staff. I don't drink coffee, but I stopped in because I had allot of time to spare and wanted to use my computer and get something to drink. I ordered a flavored tea, which did taste good, but I couldn't place why I had a strange after taste in my mouth until halfway through drinking it, there was an aftertaste of coffee! I don't know why this occurred. There is a sign that states if you don't like your drink you can tell them and they can remake, but I had already left by the time I realized that this is what I was tasting. If I had realized it, I probably would have told them and I'm sure they would have fixed it for me. Sadly I probably will never order that flavor tea again because of this. While at the shop I sat at a small table and did my work on my computer. People milled in and out, and it was a cozy place. I like the feel of the shop and several times I saw people come in who were friends with the baristas and making happy conversation. One thing to note which is important though, apparently the entire plaza has no bathrooms, so if you need to use the restroom, there are none available is what I was told. read more

Don't try to get your sweetheart coffee here on Valentine's day! Im a big fan of Coffee Bean over any other major coffee companies so much that I will go out of my way to get it. Well this time I went to this location and boy was that a mistake. #1 the parking lot is a joke. No where to park, tight spots, people trying to park everywhere. #2 don't come here on a Saturday that happens to be Valentine's Day. Coffee was preordered 10 minutes before arrival and waited 40 minutes to get coffee, no exaggeration. People who ordered in store got theirs faster than the people who preordered. Management thinks 3 workers is enough for a Saturday thats also a holiday. They also don't put any stickers/label the drinks. Wont be coming back! read more

I go to this location once a week on weekends. Everyone who works there is fast and friendly and generous as well. Fan for life for this location. Lastly, while I don't know if I want this secret to get out, they are the most generous vendor at this location for TooGoodtoGo. I regularly order 2 bags a week at $5 a bag plus tax. While I don't eat the burritos, on average the 2 bags get me through at least 5 days of breakfasts and lunches or dinners. read more

This coffee bean is so inconsistent. Sometimes the baristas are awesome, other times they could not care less. Same with the cashiers. In general, I like the area (except for the sketchoids on the sidewalk in the AM) and that it's not in some huge mall is also a bonus. That being said... It seriously irritates me when a barista screws up by adding too much water to an americano when it's specifically ordered with less water for room, then dumps 1/3 - along with the shots you paid for - out to make up for it AKA my experience today. I ordered a regular with an add shot in a large cup for room, and the cashier makes it a large "because it's the same price". I said that's fine, as long as they know it's just a regular sized amount of water. The barista mindlessly makes the order, THEN pays attention to the details to see it's not a large but rather in a large cup, then compensates by - you guessed it - dumping 1/3 of the Americano out. Come on people. It's not that hard. While honest mistakes do happen, if you have to dump some out, add back a shot to give the customer what they paid for. read more

I have always came here and never had a problem. But the other day when I made a Mobil order it was 2 drinks & 2 pastries . It was saying pick up time about 10 min we arrived to get our stuff the only thing that was ready was our drinks . The cashier was the one in charge of the pastries he still took almost 20 min to get them ready . But every costumer that was walking in to order he was given them there pastries right away . Coffee bean is the freaking best. They have 2 vegan baked goods, vegan brownie and the vegan banana nut loaf. Both are soooo good. They have an impossible breakfast sandwich but it's not vegan. The staff here is really nice. Especially Sophia! She makes a mean drink and always makes my day. I adore their chai lattes. Also, during fall their pumpkin is vegan, unlike Starbucks. I always order there dark forest ice blended Frappuccino which includes cherries and espresso beans sometimes I will switch it up and do a white forest Ice blended vanilla flavored Frappuccino. Staff here is very nice and friendly and they will also give you great recommendations on pairing of chocolate powder's as well as their coffee. STAAR also sells coffee pot as well as coffee makers. Lots of pastries and snacks on display as well. I ended up going home with two tins of hazelnut powder and one tin of vanilla powder. read more

Finding parking at this location is somewhat of a struggle - the parking lot is small and crowded. Parking spaces are tight. Finding a table inside Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf was also an adventure. We waited about 25 minutes or more and I saw our order waiting on the counter when I finally walked up. She said that she called long time ago... Order wasn't complete and missing a tea.
