Visiting fees at Rudy's were a bit excessive in my mind ($16 a day!) for what you get. And although the gym was next to completely dead when I was working out, the price seemed nominal compared to the peace and ability to get a good workout in made up for it. Most of the equipment/machines were not state of the art or anything fancy, but I found that there was more than enough equipment to get a good workout in. They have a standard set of dumbbells up to 105+lbs, a cable stack machine, some weight benches, a bench press, a Smith machine, and from what I could tell, a complete set of machines. Cardio seemed a bit lacking, but if it is always as quiet as I experienced, it wouldn't make sense to add on to their collection of a couple treadmills and ellipticals. Also, upstairs in their group fitness studio, they had some TRX's and a bunch of spin bikes. If the gym stayed as dead as it was when I was there, it would be a true gem. The space is pretty small and I could see how it could feel cramped extremely fast with only a handful of people. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating and I'm thankful I was able to at least find a place to workout in.

They just opened so they are still hard to find on the internet. They do have free weights, machines, cardio and a stretch/ab/back room but no spin/yoga classes. Its the cheapest and best gym that I have found in McCall. Im very glad I found them.

She responded immediately to my inquiries about class times, cost, etc. She was very helpful getting us into a group class (she also does private sessions). She led us through several different exercises, balancing steps and stretches. It was so relaxing and helped with aches. The equipment was great: mats/towers/benches/foam rollers/resistance balls/chairs/barrels. It was a clean and organized studio. The products she used smelled great--bonus aromatherapy! Hopefully I'll be able to attend several sessions while I'm here.

Two awesome instructors who can take my body as it is and fashion a healing and rejuvenating session. I have been doing twice weekly Pilates for about ten years with various instructors and there is no better experience than at Pilates Studio with these women.

Each class feels thoughtfully guided, with just the right balance of challenge and mindfulness. John´s solution was to pick her up even though I am a petite senior and cannot lift her. I did learn that she can jump into the truck but since John did not direct her to the back seat, she got stuck and trying to get her out only traumatized her more. When I tried to get her in on my own, John did not give any instructions to help so the training ended negatively; it should have been a POSITIVE outcome. This horrific experience has left my dog more fearful making it more difficult for me to get her into my truck.

A subsequent call to management claimed it must have been lost and he would look into it and call me right back. That was August. Today I sent a second letter and then placed a call, leaving a message which has yet to be acknowledged. I also disputed the latest charge with my CC company. We are currently out $254.32 because of their nonexistent customer service, alarmingly poor office management, and my trust in their integrity. The facility is clean, employees nice, management lousy. Not a happy camper...
