Husband and his family members have been going here for years, and everybody has said nothing but positive things. I'd give them five stars, but the scheduling and availability is pretty tricky. First off, they are open Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm. If you have an emergency, you can reach them after hours, but unless it's REALLY bad, you will have to wait until regular business hours to get your problem remedied. Even at times when you know you need to get a filling or something else, you have to come in and have it diagnosed and then come back another day to actually get the job done. It's not a huge deal, but considering that we live pretty far from the office, it is a bit cumbersome to travel back and forth on such short notice. Also, once you have an appointment, if you need to change it, their availability is pretty tough to have it switched because there are just so many patients that go to him. So, if you want to schedule an appointment, make sure you schedule at least 3-4 weeks in advance to a desired time frame. However, given all that, I still come back here for all my dental cleaning. Dr. Fraser himself is really warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is detailed, thorough in his exams, and gives you an honest opinion on everything under the sky (from teeth whitening, flossing technology, even future shortcuts to save you money). I also love the fact that he does an oral exam and checks your salivary glands, lymph nodes, and any abnormalities in your mouth. His team of hygienists are nice, professional, clean, and detailed as well. I've had over 4 of his hygienists work on me, and they all do a great job. They make you feel very comfortable too! :) Even though I have to drive about 70 miles to get my teeth cleaned twice a year here, it's totally worth it. I have yet to find someone who is just as thorough and approachable as Dr. Fraser. I really trust him and his staff, but I just wish scheduling was easier.

Oh sure, no one LIKES to go to the dentist, but the practice caters to those whose issues extend beyond a mere dislike. From the receptionist to the hygenists/assistants to Mark himself, everyone here is not only concerned about getting your teeth sorted but also making you as comfortable as possible during the process. Even the office, in an historical stone house, is comfortable and inviting. I've not yet gone for a cleaning, my first experience with them was with a cracked/infected tooth that needed a root canal. (this has resulted in multiple visits because they don't want to rush it and clean out my angry nerve before the antibiotics calm things down) They take incredible care to ensure that you're comfortable and pain free during the procedure. If you experience something after, they're also happy to get you back and in and make sure there are no problems. There's no rush if the numbing shots (do they even use novocaine anymore?) aren't quite done. In fact, at one point though I didn't TELL them I was in pain they recognized it and injected more *caine periodically. For a reasonable fee, nitrous is available. The people out of town that I've detailed my experience to have considered coming up to him for work.

I came across this one here on Yelp, and I am SO happy that I did. The dentists here referred me to Dr. Pasternak, their oral surgeon. I hate having my teeth messed with and I'm already anxious just going to the dentist for cleanings. Needless to say, I was so nervous about the procedure and possible complications, but she did an amazing job of explaining everything to me and making me feel safe. Some of my wisdom teeth were impacted, so the procedure required more work and was done under anesthesia (by my request, I wanted to be out of it). Everything went exceedingly well, I had no pain during recovery, and the incisions/holes healed with ZERO complications. Two years later I still think back on the experience and how grateful I am to Dr. Suzanne Pasternak for the skill and care she provided. I figured I should write a review since I still feel so strongly. The office staff were amazing too and were very helpful during all of my pre-procedure visits. I highly recommend this place for everything dental-related. I would make it my regular dentist's office if I didn't live so far!

This is a very well run establishment, but I can speak only about one surgeon, Dr. Mitch Kravitz. He is personable, quick-witted, and extremely competent with dental implants. Procedures are done so proficiently that you hardly know its happened. I remember getting a little packet of gauze for any blook that might appear. I used none since there was no bleeding. The after care is also excellent, and you know that the interest expressed by the staff and Dr. Kravitz is genuine. (I have a chance to add photos below, but they'd just be teeth!)
