Lionel replaced the battery and metal wrist band while I was patiently waiting. He did it so quickly that I was surprised. He only charged me for the battery replacement. It was my pleasure to meet him since he was friendly and professional. I would recommend using his services since he is highly competent. He also sells nice looking clocks if you're looking for something other than ordinary.

It's a one-way traffic pattern for the free parking lot behind the building. Enter from Pensacola Street and exit onto Young Street. There was a sign on the window that stated that the business will be closed until 2.19.25. My friend will be happy with this good news... it's just temporarily closed!

The service was quick and efficient, the staff was friendly and had a nice area to wait if you decided to stick around while they worked. The service only costed me about 20$ and took just around 15 mins to complete. When I returned the staff had me try my watch on and it was just a little too tight, so he took it back and made a quick adjustment then and there and gave it back; just like that it was the perfect fit. These guys are very smart and know a lot about jewelry and watches, they are definitely worth the quick stop by if you need any of their services! The only criticism I could think of is when both of the workers are busy at their work benches it may take a while to get their attention, and you might wait a while till they can get to you. I will for sure be back though!

Also - if you're in the Honolulu area - she's got a great, convenient location right on Fort Street Mall. In particular in this case I'd been looking for the Casio 40th Anniversary Back to the Future collaboration. Unfortunately it's nearly impossible to get one online as the bots and the flippers have been nabbing it every time it's reposted for sale. And I just fundamentally didn't want to reward a flipper by buying it for 3 times list price on eBay. I went to Margie's and figured it couldn't hurt to ask if she'd be able to order one, since she's a Casio dealer. Honestly, when she told me she could, I was skeptical. But after just a couple weeks of waiting she gave me a call and I ran right over - she'd gotten it! You simply cannot find one online, it's generally only available with exorbitant pricing from flippers, but Margie had managed to procure one just as she promised and at the fair retail value - amazing! I think this was the first time I'd gone to Margie, but I'll definitely be going back for future purchases and servicing - so great to have someone like this right in downtown Honolulu!
