The service was quick and efficient, the staff was friendly and had a nice area to wait if you decided to stick around while they worked. The service only costed me about 20$ and took just around 15 mins to complete. When I returned the staff had me try my watch on and it was just a little too tight, so he took it back and made a quick adjustment then and there and gave it back; just like that it was the perfect fit. These guys are very smart and know a lot about jewelry and watches, they are definitely worth the quick stop by if you need any of their services! The only criticism I could think of is when both of the workers are busy at their work benches it may take a while to get their attention, and you might wait a while till they can get to you.
