OK, this cleaning service is FABULOUS!!! They deserve more than 5 Stars. The owner Karla is a pleasure to deal with and Carolina and Katia, the ladies she sent to help clean at my home today, were absolutely TERIFFIC. I can be picky and I hired them to clean up after my roomie moved. This business has great reviews so I chose MAID2GO and I am so happy I did. They arrived on time (even though it was raining today), well prepared. Worked non-stop to ensure everything was sparkling and cleaned to perfection. Super nice to work with. Trustworthy, professional, and conscientious. They went above and beyond my highest expectations. Do yourself a favor if you need someone to help with your cleaning needs. Hire this company. Hands down, they are the best!!!! I couldn't be more pleased. read more

The Cleaning - Office Cleaning Near Me - La Mesa, California

Zenia's team came to my place yesterday for the deep cleaning service, and they did an excellent job! Since I have a dog, my place needed some serious TLC - thick layers of dust and grime build up, and it became way too overwhelming for me to do it myself. Although the team did arrive late, it was because their car had broke down earlier, and they were actually 40 minutes away when it happened. Despite this, they still showed up ready to tackle my place! It was also nice that the Cleaning Co offered a 5% discount for late arrival. One thing to note, I was only able to communicate with the Cleaning Co office staff and didn't get connected with the cleaning team directly (I had to reach out to the office staff, who responded in a timely manner that the team was running late due to car issues). I wasn't told that Zenia's team only spoke Spanish until they arrived. We managed with my limited Spanish, but just wanted to give a heads up in case. Another heads up is if your place does not have free parking, their parking expenses will be added to your final bill. Overall, I think the cost justifies the value of their service; I honestly could not have done a better job myself! I also appreciated that Zenia's team discussed with me about using cleaning products that could be strong for my dog, but it was fine! read more

This is our second time working with Maid2Go. The communication from start to finish was exceptional. The team doing the work were professional and diligent. We really cannot say enough positives about the entire process. We will reach out to them first any time the need for a deep cleaning comes up. We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thanks for a great experience. read more

We are very pleased with the deep cleaning work of our two-story condo. The three bathrooms and the floors and appliances are sparkling. The team of two women worked tirelessly for six hours. The price was very reasonable for the work done. We will definitley use The Cleaning Company in the future. read more

Karla was very responsive and made it easy to book a cleaning. Her team showed up on time and were very nice. They did a great job and used the full 2 hours getting everything done. I believe the price is unbeatable for 2 people to clean for 2 hours. I definitely recommend! read more

Another great job by The Cleaning Co. last month on my old house before listing. Now scheduled to deep clean my new home next week!

They did my entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in a very timely manner. Everything looked amazing!

Very disappointing experience. I booked a move in clean as I just bought a new house and it needed a deep cleaning. I chose the Cleaning Co based on their yelps reviews and pricing (more affordable). Unfortunately my experience was just like the other 1 star experiences. First time they came out to clean, they only covered maybe 1/3 of the items listed on their website under Move In clean. The fireplace was untouched, the windows and window tracks very dirty, cobwebs everywhere, and baseboards dusty/dirty. I also asked for them to call me when they were almost done so that I could come back and lock up after they were done. I returned to the house within 10-15min of the alert that they were done and found the cleaners gone and my house left unlocked. I scheduled them to come back and finish the job. I spoke to Karla and Monica about my disappointment, including specific things that were missed, and they said they would make it right. When the cleaning team came back, they said they only thought they had 1 hr of work to do, and weren't aware what they missed and needed to complete before that morning they came back. They told me it would probably take them closer to 3hrs. They also told me that they only had 2 people and 4 hours of time to clean the first time, which is why they left so much dirty. Overall, it sounded like poor communication within the company. This time the cleaners were still there when I came back, and I was with them for another 30min so they could cover what was still missed (window tracks and some stains on the wall). Even after having them come 2 times to clean, I am still finding some things that were missed (microwave) or not done well (dust and dirt in corners). Overall, I would not recommend as it took a lot of effort on my end to have them clean what they said they would on their website, and I still find myself having to go back and clean as well. Also, it was ridiculous they left my home unlocked and unattended after I specifically asked for a heads up so I could be back by the time they were done. read more

Had a great experience with The Cleaning Co and Xenia team did a wonderful job. On time and very thorough with the cleaning. Will definitely contact again if we need more deep cleaning. read more

Was on a time crunch with moving and needed to find a last minute appt to clean our house. Cleaning Co responded quickly and was able to schedule a next day appt. Cleaners who showed up were very thorough and detailed with the cleaning. We came home and the cleanliness was noticeable and absolutely made a difference. As someone who is usually particular, I have no complaints and would highly recommend. Carpet was clean and white again, windows and everything else was free of dust. Overall, great service & thank you for making our home clean! read more

The Cleaning Co Sent a fabulous crew to clean our home. Great communication throughout, arrived at scheduled time frame, super quick, efficient, and our home is sparkling clean! Highly recommend their services. read more

Flexible scheduling, communicative, timely & friendly. They only dust surfaces and don't clean them (even when baby bottle milk rings are present) and their mopping never actually cleans my hardwood floors, but they otherwise do a good job and I appreciate how easy it is to work with them, particularly when I've needed to reschedule. read more

We have used this cleaning company for deep cleans and regular cleaning for about five years, and have had nothing but great experiences with the cleaning team, Monica, and Karla! Our once a week cleaning is very reasonable, and having the same team to clean our house regularly is comforting for all of us. Patty and her team always do such an amazing job and go well above our expectations. If you're looking for people to take care of, and clean your home like you wish you could, this is the place. Thank you, ladies!!!! read more

I requested a deep cleaning, very fast response. I left my apt and and came back to a beautiful clean home. They specifically did a great job in the bathroom and kitchen. I was in need of a cleaning service asap. Maid2Go responded to my request immediately. The booking was very easy and communication was very efficient from the start to finish. The girls were so nice, they worked fast, and my home looks and feels amazing. My husband is working out of town so I sent him video of our home; and needless to say, he was very impressed. We've hired crews before and we always find that so many things are missed. These girls left no corner unattended. We will continue to use Maid2Go as our go to cleaning service moving forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

The Cleaning - Excellent cleaning service - Office Cleaning Near Me - La Mesa, California

Deep Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms only - though rooms were fairly clean, cleaning did not meet my standard of a deep cleaning. I admit rooms were pretty grungy to start, that's why deep cleaning was requested and 2 adults were welcomed. Carpet shampoo - service not rendered. Not even spot cleaning. Vacuuming did not fill the need. 2 adults working in same very small bathroom talking When 1 should have been in other bathroom so they could both tackle the kitchen. I went over the entry table with clorox wipes once I figured she was done. Moved some of my things. I put them back correctly. Nothing much replaced to original locations. I will use personal references in the future as my medical attention requires a clean disinfected environment and I need the house cleaned monthly by a professional cleaner next time. read more

Amazing reliable and thorough service. I had an emergency and needed my house cleaned to be able to welcome my new tenants. They showed up on time, and began work. They immediately communicated to me that they may need a few more hours after I told them we needed a deeper clean and they were able to extend. They left the house spotless and looking fresh again. I would highly recommend their service and will be using them in the future. They were also extremely fair in pricing for the amount of work that was put in. What I liked most was the attention to detail that I even missed such as vacuuming the window sills. I was surprised to see so much dust that came out of that! read more

My house looks so clean and fresh! The girls arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend them for sure!

To reply to the owner, there should not be a difference in cleaning quality whether home owner is present or not and whether this is day 1 or day 2 of the cleaning because we pay the same hourly rate. Sorry about the confusion on arrival time. i misread the time window and deleted the part. However, you have never informed us carpet cleaning will be on the day2. Two of the maids work harder and did a decent job and i do appreciate. And sorry I wasn't aware of the fact that i will need to provide evidence for something i didn't do. -------------------------- We requested a move-in cleaning service on 02/14/23. We asked for carpet steaming, and the maids said they didn't know and have to do it on next day. The communication between the team has a problem. We asked for four maids with a rate of 150/hr; the cleaning is detailed when you are watching them; you will have to check the room consistently and tell them to go back and redo it if something is not cleaned. Even when I asked them did you do this room, she would say yes until I showed her the dust. Quite disappointed. We pay 1200 for our full day service and cancel our next day appointment because of the quality. And the owner claims this result is because the coordinator is not at the scene to check. I didn't pay less for the bad quality, and who would pay for the second time if the quality was like this the first time? However, I still brought them a drink at the end to appreciate their work during Valentine's Day. Last but not least, when the maids left, they said their car was damaged on our property and demanded video evidence the next day. The owner asked for proof, or she would file a police report and stated this was just a standard "U.S. procedure." Luckily, we have a camera outside showing she came in with damage. There is serious honesty problem with this company. What an experience! I advise people to triple think before booking a service with them. Good luck with your business. read more

The Cleaning Co is excellent!!! I started working with them when I had my first baby, and they made me feel highly supported and kept me organized. The first cleaning was spectacular (they ask that you request a deep clean first and then get a more normal cleaning afterward) and maintained that cleanliness thereafter. If you're a busy mom looking for help, these are your people! :) read more

I'm so pleased! Amazing and professional communication with company! Reminder about appointment, text message letting you know they are on the way, communication during service through company if they have a question, and text message about completion of service. Plus, you get to pay with a card on file making it so easy! And of course - my house looks wonderful! All the things are clean. I love that there are two people to service the house so they are done within 2 hours. And the cost of the service is very fair. Looking forward to continuing using The Cleaning Co. read more

Update! Monica was very quick to come back with wonderful customer service and offered to have her team come back to fix what was missed. I truly appreciate the fast action and I know that sometimes this happens. I'm happy that Monica wanted to make it right. Thank you for being a class act for your business. ------------ I wish I could give a better review, but I requested a deep cleaning for a new move in and a few places were missed. Baseboards, inside a few cabinets and an area in the bathroom. I was super bummed that I paid for a better level of service that took 3.5 hours for a space that wasn't that big with hardly any furniture and I only got surface level cleaning. They were really nice, but I wish the cleaning had been more thorough. read more

I have never gone through hiring cleaners before, as I have always done it myself. But being 8 months pregnant I wasn't able to do my own move out clean. I have always been nervous about hiring a cleaning service for two reasons: 1) Paranoia of being robbed, and 2) Feeling guilty that someone else is cleaning my house. After seeing Maid2Go's 5-star reviews on here, I went ahead and booked a deep-cleaning. Wow. Karla's team really did an amazing job. I continue to spot random things around my house that they cleaned that I wouldn't have thought of- like the exterior of the cat Litter Robot. They were very professional and friendly as well. I will book them again in the future and can confidently recommend their services! read more

Karla was very responsive and helpful with scheduling our house cleaning, and the cleaners did a wonderful job. We had a cluttered bedroom that we'd been using to store winter clothes and bedding, and they neatly folded the clothes and bedding after they cleaned the room, although I wasn't expecting them to organize. This is the cleanest my home has ever been. I highly recommend Maid2Go (now the Cleaning Co)! read more

The 2 women worked hard, cleaning and scrubbing the kitchen appliances, even moved stove!

We scheduled during the week for that Friday with an 11:30-12:00 arrival. I didn't hear anything after that until 11:53 on Friday when I got a call that our cleaners were outside. No problem, within the parameters, but a call on Friday morning with a tighter estimate would have been nice. The cleaners were super thorough and did a great job. They brought all their own supplies. The price was very reasonable and I am very happy with the job that was done for what I paid! The only reason I'm knocking off a star is that there was a communication barrier with our cleaners that did not speak English very well. We had made up a list beforehand, and they weren't able to use the list. However, the cleaners were so thorough that they actually incidentally got every item checked off regardless! Nice! Unfortunately, our landlady has provided us with special products to use on all our countertops and cabinets. I communicated this to the cleaners, but they didn't fully understand. They used these products for the kitchen only, and not in the bathrooms where they should have also been used. Overall, I was happy with the service I got. The value was great. However, the communication barrier made things hard. I would ask that if you're sending out cleaners that aren't conversationally fluent in English, that your coordinators communicate better beforehand so they can establish whether there are specific pointers the cleaners need to know in advance with regards to products or areas that may need special attention. read more

Maid2Go has come twice now. Karla is very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns and has been entirely polite and professional. Her method of teams of two is most efficient. While the two teams have been different so far, they have been SO NICE, kind and hardworking! I have a large 2,600 sf home. 3 kids, 2 cats and we homeschool. Twice now, they've blown through the house and gone above and beyond the service I requested. They've been considerate of my piles of books and projects and still cleaned around and under things. My shower hasn't been this sterile since it was first put in! I am so pleased and relieved. We will continue to use their service and highly recommend Karla and her teams. read more
