Sparkling Clean moved our furniture off of the rugs for us, rolled up the rugs, and loaded them into their van. The estimated return of our rugs was 2 weeks. They called one week later to let us know our rugs were done and set up a date and time to return them. They were returned at the time we scheduled 2 days later, fresh and clean as new! The crew rolled out the carpets and placed them back in place. Then they returned the furniture where we wanted it. Amazing service experience! Very fair price!

Quick summary: Overall I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Teri and the Boss…read moreLady's Cleaning Service. She did a fantastic job on my house and made it seem like new again. Teri is professional and detail oriented. She arrived on time and immediately started work. I feel like I received an excellent value for my money. Additional details: When I contacted Teri initially on Yelp she responded with a price quote in a timely manner. We were able to set an appointment for a walk-through. on the day of the walk-though she notified me that she was going to be about 15 minutes late for our appointment, which was totally fine and I appreciated the notice. Once Teri arrived we went through my house. She took notes on areas of emphasis that I pointed out and asked a lot of good questions. I still had several other companies to interview so I did not book her service at that time. Once I had completed my other interviews I realized that Teri's rate was the most competitive and her professionalism/demeanor was on par with the more expensive companies. I informed Teri that I decided to go with her company and we set up a day/time for her to get started. Teri arrived on time and got to work straight away. My house was in need of a deep cleaning and Teri worked really hard to make my house look like new again. I work from home but I was not disturbed at all by Teri. She worked until the job was done and did not appear at any time to be in a rush to get somewhere else, I truly felt like she viewed the task at hand to be of upmost importance. There were a few minor things that Teri missed, though very understandable given all that she had to do. I let Teri know about them for next time and I am confident that they will be addressed. And yes, I may have buried the lede here; I have already booked Teri for another service. In my experience, the Boss Lady's Cleaning Service is right at the top when it comes to service and value for money. If you choose this company you will not be disappointed.

They also pointed out areas of high traffic on our carpets and the limitations of their services due to normal wear and tear. We had 2 staircases, a hallway, and the dining room carpets cleaned. They were in and out within the hour. The carpets look revitalized and fuller and "fluffier" than before. Our carpets did not have many bad stains so I cannot speak to how those would clean up but overall our carpets look and feel great! I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Not at 2-3x the cost of other services that do a better job. The original estimate was $850 and she offered $60 off for the bad job. When I said I didn't think that was fair for what I received she said she would go as low as $730 but I'd have to pay extra if I want to pay via PayPal. 3 people were here for 3.5 hours. I had to ask that all the bathrooms be cleaned again because they were not clean the first time and I still had to wipe the outside of the bowl after. Walk through was rushed because I had to leave for a meeting and the rest of the crew was sitting in the car in the rain and wanted to leave. One person, after cleaning the bathroom floor a second time because it still had dust and hair on it then shook her rag out onto the already vacuumed carpet outside the room. Things they missed were basic: top of the inside of the microwave (they did it after I asked), top of the fridge, sides of the toilets, in one case the *inside of the toilet* (was cleaned well by the team lead after I pointed it out), dried shampoo on the tile around the tub (cleaned twice and still dirty), the shower door track (cleaned twice and still dirty), the actual shower door, faucets weren't cleaned the first time, dirt and dust behind doors, dusting picture frames and lamps, the corners of windows and window sills, the front faces of the washing machine, dusting the fireplace mantle, trash on the nightstand, clumps of cat hair on the duvet, half of the light switch faceplates they claim to sanitize still had a layer of dust on them, etc. Some areas were done well (1 of the 3 cleaners knew what they were doing). In those cases the beds were made, everything on a shelf or nightstand or a counter was taken off, it was cleaned and things were wiped down as they were put back. Emily was extremely thorough in cleaning a Lego table and so considerate about my kids play area. I grew up cleaning houses with my mom and know how hard it is but this was unacceptable, the owner agreed. This was supposed to give me peace of mind and less stress and it did the exact opposite. I hate leaving bad reviews because running a small business is tough but this job was not handled well. This wasn't easy to write but I feel the need to let other people know before they spend that kind of money.

When I mentioned this, I was told that they gave me free Scotchgusrd- I don't think so! I think my carpet has a musty smell as well. I wanted to call them back, but my husband did want to contend with wet carpet again. I should have used Stanley Steamer. I've always been pleased with their services, they just weren't available when I needed to schedule.
