I used this company three times hoping it would work out but they were so expensive and unwavering when I questioned their price and cleaning methods. The girls who cleaned were kind and courteous so it's not at all about them. They go by "zones" and even if you ask for certain area to be cleaned instead it didn't matter. They did not even clean three rooms as I told them it will only be necessary every now and then and they still charged an exorbitant amount of money for a very average cleaning job. My house is not large and I consider myself a fair person but this company had every excuse and dismissed any complaints I shared. Have been using this service for years but the last few cleans have been less than. Rooms were left untouched. Furniture was not vacuumed. Floors were not cleaned. Rugs not shaken or vacuumed. Cannot recommend this service. Was being charged close to $400 to have two bathrooms one bedroom and my downstairs cleaned. I didn't realize that all rooms weren't being cleaned every time even though I was being charged a premium. Awful experience. I was charged $637 for a four hour "pre-move in" cleaning, which was more than I was quoted over the phone. Despite specifically asking the cleaners to focus on the cabinets and drawers, these were left uncleaned. On top of this, I called twice about being unsatisfied - it is a central number, so I was told someone from the Solon office would call me back immediately. If I could give 0 stars I would. These horrible people came to my house & didn't do anything but vacuum and take my payment. I called & said it was unacceptable, Ashley the office manager, told me she was sending people right away. They never showed. The next morning, they called and told me they had come when I was out, but not a thing had changed in my home. I feel used & disappointed. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! I had arranged to have the same crew every other week. That happened 3 times and then new crews were sent to my home due to the lack of availability of the old crew. I don't want people in my home whom I've not met, so I tried rescheduling for a different time after I came home to an unclean home! They left my front door open and all of my lights on!!! An unknown crew hadn't touched my kitchen counters, vacuumed my steps or cleaned my bathrooms, with the exception of folding the toilet paper into a neat little triangle!!! The crews all smoke and brought their cigarette or vape stenches into my home. I told the owner that I wanted my money back and he refused. We agreed I'd pay half and reschedule. I needed to reschedule because I won't leave my house with strangers. Terrible company!!!! The owner has very little respect for his employees. STAY AWAY!!! read more

We used this company for about 6 months. First week the women were friendly and asked questions to make sure they cleaned the way I wanted. Unfortunately, every week after that the quality went down. You can request a Team by number but you don't get the same crew each visit. We saw only a couple of the same people and not on consecutive weeks. Therefore there is no consistency in the cleaning. There is no leader, they all just split up in your house and clean as they please. Every week something was forgotten. Dusting entryway shelves, Dust mopping or wet mopping the bathroom floors, and one week they forgot to vacuum the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floor. The final straw for me was when they showed up with no call confirmation. My husband just had hip surgery and therefore they could not clean the master bedroom or the master bathroom. Some members of their team are thieves and management does nothing to accommodate their clients for items stolen. Also, they have teams that fail to do any cleaning.
