Well, because I'm terrified of them and it took a lot for me to find one I felt safe in. There's one right up the road, but I drove across town because of all the reviews on this place. Do I think it was worth it? Eh. Did I feel safe? For someone that's terrified of laundromats - no. Would I go back again? No. I'm posting this help someone else if they find themselves in the same situation. I'm not talking someone's going to shoot me, just to clarify. It felt dim, claustrophobic in the middle of a Tuesday early afternoon. This is by no means the fault of the location. Though the parking lot is absolutely HORRIBLE on the side closest to the light. Deep potholes all over, it's clearly been that way for a while. The inside was decent. I hear there's someone always on duty. Snacks and beverages for purchase. Different sized washers. Wish it was better lit. They had cameras around the inside. Plenty of different sized baskets to transfer your clothes from the washer to dryer. I feel it was very expensive compared to most places. My clothes didn't feel clean afterwards and despite detergent and smell good dryer sheets my clothes smelt weird afterwards. Huge disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this place... :(

One of the workers tend to touch their customers to be "friendly" but it's a invasion of personal space. And that's not even the worse part. The worse part is the homeless use this area as a place to lounge. I have nothing against the homeless but if u don't want to be bombarded by homeless people asking u for change all the time then don't come here. They do nothing about it. And on top of that your close won't even be dry all the way. You're better off going to sunland or if you have one at home. Use those. Big or small. This place just wasn't the place for me. I picked up my shirts and they still had stains on all the collars, on all of my shirts. It's as if they just took the shirts and hung them back up and then gave them back to me on the pick up date. When I dropped the shirts off, I specifically pointed out the stains on the collars and ask they be treated. I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this. Every time I see my shirts hanging on the rack with the stains on them, it bugs me enough to warn people about the lack of service this establishment provides.
