I chose to go with Diverse, because Roland came to our apartment and did an on-site survey and gave us a very fair quote upon inspection of our 2 story unit. We had our whole apartment cleaned.... living room, dining room, stairs, and two bedrooms. Despite it being a terrible day for carpet cleaning due to the weather (rain), Diverse did an excellent job. They really take the time to do things right! They vacuum the whole place first, then do a pre-wash & scrub, and finally a hot water extraction. Roland also threw in the spot treatment and deodorizer for free. We chose to go with an organic cleaner, over the traditional cleaner, because of our new born coming on the way. It got all the stains out no problem. The carpets dried pretty quickly, even with the bad weather. I will definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them! Super friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

Upon arrival, an additional fee was demanded in order to provide proof of licensing something that should be standard and disclosed upfront. Despite this request, no license or certification was ever provided. After the service, the hood filters were still dirty. I was then told filter cleaning cost extra, which had not been disclosed before the work was done. When I questioned this, I was told they could charge whatever they wanted. When I later declined to pay an additional fee I did not agree to, I was recorded without my consent and told I would be posted on social media. I was also blocked by the business owner, preventing me from seeing or responding to anything they may be posting about me, creating a one-sided narrative. Licensing is not an optional service or an add-on it is a basic requirement meant to protect consumers, property owners, and public safety. I strongly recommend others get written estimates, confirm credentials in advance, and ensure all terms are clearly documented before hiring.

Unfortunately, while the carpet overall did get clean (as he brought his industrial steamer), the stains and smell did not improve. I am aware that sometimes, stains are too set in, but I hired a professional to either advise me as such beforehand or not make a promise that they could be removed. After-the-fact, he said the fiber color had been changed. I asked if he had any special chemicals to remove them. He responded with "no" and recommended I put a plant over it... In sum, if you just need the carpets cleaned but no stain removal, Guy will do a fine job.

Do not use this unprofessional company for your cleaning services. I cannot speak on their carpet…read morecleaning but I can only assume the services are just as horrible!!! I scheduled an appointment today to have my house cleaned at 9AM. The cleaning ladies pulled up and parked in my guest parking at 8:58am. They didn't get out of their car so I assumed since they were 2 mins early I wasn't going to walk out there to give them a guest parking pass until they knocked on the door at 9am. 9am came around and they were still sitting in their car and started eating their breakfast. Why are you eating your breakfast when you have an appointment at 9am? Shouldn't you eat breakfast before an appointment? I waited for a few mins contemplating if I should go outside and give them the guest parking pass and ask them how long they will be until they finish their breakfast. The time now is 9:08am so I decided to call. I don't know who I spoke to but I spoke to a gentlemen and asked if my appointment was still for 9am. He said he was going to check and call me back. I can see out the window that the cleaning ladies looked at their phone but didn't answer because their hands were full of food. So he called me back after a couple mins and said the girls will be there in 5 mins. I said how do you know if they are going to be there in 5 mins when they didn't answer your call? And why would it take them 5 mins when they are sitting outside of my house for the last 20 mins? He then proceeded to have an attitude and said "do you want them to clean or not"?! I said why are you upset with me when my appointment is at 9:00am and why do I need to keep waiting?! You're very unprofessional!" He then hung up on me!!! Disgusting!!! Stay away from this unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent company!!!!

Absolute Maintenance and Consulting is absolutely a 5-Star company. From my initial contact with…read moreDaisy in the office, to the workers, to the supervisors (Evan for the waterproofing of our roof and removal of damaged drywall, and Frankie, for the interior finishing), to the owners of the company, we knew we were in good hands. We had a giant, colossal leak in our ceiling when it rained last winter. Absolute Maintenance performed a detailed and technical evaluation to determine the exact causes and locations of our leaks. We were surprised to find that our chimney was one of the sources! Then they waterproofed our entire roof and HVAC system which is on our roof. Both have been a source of leaks for several years, and we had never been able to find the root causes of all that! Finally, they set up a carefully sealed area to remove damaged drywall, do mold remediation and reconstruction.b In doing all of this, they found rotting wood that had undoubtedly been there for several years! The very next day, they had the rotting 2'x 4's removed and replaced! That was amazing! After that, they installed new drywall and painted the entire room and ceiling. All of this huge job was done by them, without the need to find other contractors. Not only that, they are for sure, the most tidy and neat workers we have ever had in our house. They honestly left our living room in better shape than they found it! The best part about this company was their communication. The day I called them, Daisy was able to explain their scope of practice in detail and tell me if they would be able to help us. She continued to find answers for me whenever I had a question throughout the job, even staying late at the office until she had an answer for me! Evan was great at communication, also. Every single day that they worked, he told me exactly what they would be doing. Frankie did the same, keeping me apprised of what they were doing and always when they would be finished. The owners gave us a detailed evaluation of our problem and a very detailed estimate, including costs for unforeseen problems. This helped us immensely in budgeting for this job, but they were very reasonable and this cost us far less than we expected. Also, we can't put a price on knowing that the job was done right and that we finally have long lasting and guaranteed solutions for our leaking ceiling! In summary, this was an exemplary company. Their 37 years of experience may be one of the reasons for that! I would recommend them without hesitation!
