Yolimar (the owner) came over to walk through the house with us, find out what is most important to us and sent a detailed quote with everything we talked about. The quote was fair and I knew exactly what I'd be getting. For the first few cleans, Yolimar checked in regularly to see if we had any requests or wanted anything done differently. There were a couple small things and they were handled immediately to match our preferences. I am so glad we found them and feel so relieved that I don't have to worry about rescheduling missed appointments, pre-cleaning, or finding items in random places. I will happily use thier service forever.

Edit: Unfortunately i think i have to dock 2 stars, due to 2 of my large street-facing blinds being broken now I can't really complain due to recieving a discount, but the cost of replacement/repair that'll be taken out of my deposit will probably end up cancelling it out. Did not clean the floors + poor accountability and communication…read more I hired this company through my property manager, and I acknowledge that adding a 3rd party impacts communication. I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. It had already been cleaned- but I was looking for a really thorough job so my home would look nice for potential buyers. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job. I worked with a lot of companies to put my house on the market- this one was one of the more disappointing.
