There is an upstairs and outside area also. This place is full of personality and the folks that work here are super friendly. It's great to see all the funny signs, and gives a feeling of hope the world has not lost its sense of humor. We're coming to the close of a remodel and needed a special touch for our hallway and I remembered Rani's mirrors. It took me a bit but I found her (the collective in Boulder was a victim of the covid madness) and ordered a Wardrobe wall mirror. Rani reached out and explained that they were customizable! I requested one small change to the design. The mirror was completed ahead of time and shipped to us. I got it today and opened it in the driveway; it is AMAZING! My neighbor was out getting her mail and she's in love with it as well! This is a beautiful piece of art and functional furniture. I heartily and happily recommend Random Acts of Art!

They have used a square of granite, drilled a hole in the top to hold an upside down liquor/wine bottle and drilled a hole in the side to house a spout. It's the coolest thing I have seen- plan on having one shipped home ($25 shipping- excellent)! They also have a set of glasses with the 18th and 21st amendments displayed along with pewter wrapped 'tiny beer' glasses.

Donated items are given to individuals and families in the community in need and profits are distributed through the church charities. To date they have donated more than $1 million to charities that provide human services locally and globally. They have also partnered with 30 local Collier County charities including Neighborhood Health Clinic, Healthcare Network of SW Florida, Meals of Hope, Baby Basics, Echo, Dental Outreach, Grace Place, Literacy Volunteers, and Habitat for Humanity. I was pleasantly surprised to see the store was much larger than I thought it would be from the outside. Several rooms are filled with gently used furniture, a ladies boutique with name brand and designer clothing, accessories, men's clothes, children's clothes, jewelry, art, holiday decorations, books, and more. Prices were great and I loved the selection of like new merchandise. The volunteers were so friendly. Furniture prices are negotiable and they were having an additional sale on select items. Hours are rather limited, they are only open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10-3 so it makes it difficult to shop here if you have to work more traditional 9 to 5 weekday work hours. In any case I am glad that I finally got to stop in and support the great work that they do for this community.

I liked how the associate answered my questions. She knew all the answers without referring to her computer. I would say the pricing goes from reasonable to upscale. There are all sorts of things to look at. You could really look here for a couple hours. I ended up buying a bracelet that will go with a couple dresses I have. It is a fun place to shop for different kind of items.

I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in the door. St. Matthews had two large rooms. The first room had furniture, appliances, sports equipment (they had a ton of golf clubs out front), and household goods. The second room was filled with clothing and accessories. Everything is in great condition and set up in inviting displays. St. Matthew's House began in 1987 when a group of Naples church members calling themselves the Homeless Task Force started bringing food to a homeless group living in a nearby wooded area. They started out by gathering food and clothing to help people and today have grown into a large ministry helping thousands of people in the Naples community each year. Operating expenses are covered by their businesses and one hundred percent of public donations goes directly into helping those who need it the most. This ministry takes it's name from bible verse Matthew 25: 35-36, 40 "For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me. Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me." St Matthew's provides programs to help people transition from homelessness to self sufficiency. The Immokalee Friendship House provides shelter to the homeless and over 25,000 meals a year. Justin's Place Feeding Ministry has been serving meals to the hungry for 25 years and more than 20,000 meals are served each year. Wolfe Apartments offers transitional housing to male clients of the Justin's Place Recovery Program which helps men and women fight drug and alcohol abuse. Programs are funded by proceeds from thrift stores located in Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Immokalee.
