This is the worst consignment shop I have ever worked with. I've been fighting for my money for…read moreover two months. I agreed to a $100 late fee because I had to use PayPal instead of the check I originally requested--one of her many excuses was that she was switching banks and claimed the money was held for over a week. I left 60 gowns with her in January, and it's now August, and I'm still trying to get paid. I have proof of everything and know she has done this to others. Additionally, the other dresses I picked up were in terrible condition. I have photos and videos showing hundreds of dollars in damage, with some dresses--clearly brand new with tags--already worn. I will be posting these photos and videos as proof. I don't want anyone else to go through this. She was extremely rude to my husband and me, throwing all my dresses into a pile on a couch and hanging some by the dress without using hangers. She never apologized or took responsibility. She takes people's dresses if they don't follow her timeline, but if she does wrong, it's acceptable. She claimed she took on too much umm, but she accepted people's goods without payment up front. So not sure how she's yet again the victim. When items sell, she's supposed to return the money to clients, but she spent it and was rude about it. I have been in business for many years, and this is the worst experience I've ever had. If you've had a similar experience, please reach out. I am considering legal action for the damages and delay in payment (still waiting on late fee $100) and will also be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Taylor was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. They had an amazing and size inclusive selection of dresses and the atmosphere was so welcoming and empowering. I genuinely wish I could give this place 10 stars. I went into the shop terrified and nervous for the whole experience and came out with my dream dress and so much confidence. I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!

They staff was so friendly, welcoming and relaxed. They made me feel comfortable immediately. I loved that my consultant looked for dresses for me but also let me look for dresses. They let you get dressed on your own unless you want someone in there with you (which is actually so nice). The store is small but has an amazing selection of dresses. I found a number of dresses I really liked and was so happy to finally find the one! I couldn't commit immediately and they were very understanding. They took pictures for me (which apparently some stores do not allow) and talked me through the whole process. When it cane to ordering, I was so scared because it was 5 months before my wedding and most bridal salons told me that I was a fool for waiting so long! Here, they confirmed that I had plenty of time. Some of their dresses were available for preorder and could arrive as early as two months later while even if my size wasn't in preorder, it would arrived more than a month before my wedding. I ended up ordering it and they called less than a month later to say it had arrived. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Trust me-- this is the best place to get a dress!

As someone who had never tried on a wedding dress, having Emily assist me was extremely helpful. She waited outside the changing room to help zip up or clip together all the dresses, which I really appreciated. At some other salons, I was left to fend for myself and half the time couldn't get the dresses completely zipped up. I actually ended up going with a dress Emily picked out, which I think is a testament to her expertise on what a bride is specifically looking for. A few weeks later, I got a lovely card in the mail from Emily congratulating me on saying yes to the dress. I can't wait to wear my dress for my wedding in March!

It…read moreseemed silly to go to the expense of buying an expensive suit for a boy who will grow out of it by the end of the summer. I called several places to get an idea of cost. First - The woman on the phone was helpful and informative - and very sweet. She gave me good information so I knew what to expect going in . When I discussed pricing and my situation( Weddings are expensive ) she immediately gave me a $30 discount!! NICE! Second - I brought my son in in person for his fitting. She was patient and thoughtful and worked with us to get everything just right. He is a husky kid and a bit shy - and she did everything she could to make him feel at ease during the uncomfortable process of getting fitted for your first suit. The only drawback was this - They have only one model suit for rentals ( but MANY tuxedo choices ) I'm sure he will look sharp in his slick black suit - but I would have liked to have a selection. The shop itself was clean , easy to get to, parking out front and good selection for purchasing formal wear. I will check back after the wedding to let you know how the "Pick Up" and return portion of this experience goes-- but right now a Solid 4 stars.

I did my research on what was nearby in terms of clothing and found this place. I noticed the times of when it was open and ran to a few other places before coming back here. When we came back here parked on the street. Made our way to the door and tried to open it to only find that it was locked. I guess the hours I saw online weren't actually correct. Whatever, I'll just mill about on the street and see what else I can find. But before we could turn around the door for the store came open. The lady let us in even though we said we would come back during business hours. She insisted and brought us in, even before having the lights on in the store. As soon as we entered she asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her that I was looking for a shirt to wear to a family function and not be of the color blue. She guided me around the store, pointing out shirts of all kinds. All the while she was asking what I was going to be pairing it with, what color of pants, and if I wanted long or short sleeved. She was masterful, prodding and getting the answers she needed to guide me to the right shirt. And that she did, she brought me to the perfect shirt, short-sleeved, breezy, very comfortable. I have worn it a few times now and have received quite the number of compliments. Now, the price, can be a bit steep, depending on the brand, style, and how new it is. However, I did get a pretty decent discount on the shirt and had some stellar customer service. She also had some pretty great suggestions on places to grab a bite to eat in town and things to see. This is why I do my research for local places, you get a great experience.

Their boutique is so comfortable, stylish, classy, and very cute! Out of the few bridal shops I had already visited, Evanna's had the atmosphere I was looking for, along with highly attentive and knowledgeable consultants. In the end, they had EXACTLY the style I was looking for and I said YES to the dress! It was a smooth and fun process. I would highly recommend this small business.
