My Husband and I had already heard bad reviews (Horror stories) From other people. We didn't say anything.We were told by Bobby Kintz to pick up the tuxedos on Thursday 2 days before the wedding. We get there and he has nothing ready. He then tells us to come back on Friday the day of the Rehearsal because one of the ring bearers shoes are not in and they should come in but if not we could go buy him a pair. And they wouldn't look like the rest of the shiny shoes the men were wearing in the wedding , he tells us they don't make them for little boys. So we get there on Friday and take the tuxedos to guntersville where the boys were and the tuxedos don't fit . They looked like men's suits cut down and the jackets came to there knees. They looked like they were going to a circus. The day of the wedding I called two of my special friends Ted and Rita at Tuxedo Inn . They told me don't worry just bring the boys to me.They saved my daughters wedding by dressing the boys in under an hour . They looked so handsome and they had shiny shoes. I am not the only one that wasn't please with my suit/tux. No one liked them. Another thing was there was a blood stain on the arm of my white shirt. It was nasty and unsanitary. They didn't even have my Suit together until the day before, I also have a job and am a full time High school student so i did not have time within one day to go back and change it because they close at 3. I booked an appointment online at Jos A. Bank for my husband's Valentine's Day suit fitting. I…read moreaccidentally selected the wrong date, and when I called the store, I was told no one knew how to change it and that I needed to rebook online. The system would not allow me to modify it, so I ended up creating a new appointment under my name instead of my husband's. When we arrived, we were greeted and assigned to a young associate. While he was polite, it was clear he needed more training. He had difficulty locating the right suit jacket and did not ask about preferred material, style, or fit. I ultimately had to step in and select better quality and style options myself. After directing us to the fitting room, he left to assist other customers. I noticed another associate assisting a customer nearby, and he was excellent. He measured his client, discussed styles and alterations, and was very attentive. After my husband tried on pants that were too long for his liking, I asked that associate if we were supposed to be measured. He said yes and even suggested a more tapered pant style that would better suit my husband. He then informed our assigned associate of what we needed and encouraged him to assist us properly. From that point forward, the service improved. Overall, the experience was okay. I do not believe anyone intentionally dismissed us, but I did book an appointment with the expectation of being assisted throughout the process. We were there less than 30 minutes, and I don't feel that was too much to ask.

I was ignored completely by both store employees "working" today. One was too busy on a personal phone call, while the other preferred to hide in the back. For being the only customer in the store, it was very obvious they do not care about selling men's clothing. Thankfully Oxford Street is also in Bridge st, and as soon as I walked in Mike greeted me and had me in a great suit within 10 minutes.
