I've just never seen my dog look so insanely cute as she does every time she walks out those glass doors. That's one of the things I love, the literal transparency there. Other groomers walk the dogs back behind a wall where you have no idea what's going on, but the whines from the dogs make it sound bad. The grooming here is done behind a glass wall, so you can see all the dogs. I heard one little pup wailing today when I picked up my dog and it was nice to be able to look through the glass and see that she wasn't being tortured, she was just being dramatic. I also love that they send me pictures and progress texts along the way. Five out of five stars.

I looked into several boarding places and finally left one and just cried. It was so dark and I just didn't have a good feeling leaving my baby there. I found Abby's number and explained the situation to her and she asked to meet me and Tatum. She said she would do what she could to help me. This woman completely saved us. I was able to board Tatum for about 2 months while I worked my butt off to get a new home for us. She allowed me to pick him up and spend the day with him and bring him back the same day. Abby was so good for my dog Tatum. He had severe separation anxiety and would scream if I left the house to go to the store. Being in boarding with Abby he learned that the world isn't so scary and he can be loved by many. He learned more social skills and played his heart out with other dogs. Abby always kept me updated and sent me so many photos reassuring me that he was ok. She ended up getting two Pyrenees of her own just like my Tatum. Tatum absolutely adored Abby. She is such a kind gentle soul and you could not find a better place to leave your pet than with her. We love you Abby!

They don't have the actual…read moreboxes out to buy, but paper slips that you take up front and then they go grab the clippers from the back. An anti-theft thing. Totally fine with that. We go to buy the clippers and they are $99 in store, but $77 if we buy online from petsmart.com. They say there is nothing they can do about that. Also fine I guess. Stupid, but fine. We are in a hurry so we just buy them. The employee says the person who can grab them for us out of the back is on break and we will have to wait. We wait 20 minutes before the person gets back from break. They go to the back and then come back out saying they are actually out of stock of those clippers! At this point we've waited 30 minutes. They look up in the system and tell us a different petsmart location has them in stock and we can go buy them there. Then they make us "return" what we already bought because they can't just let us go pick them up from the other store. How is this location still in business? Why do we even bother going to a brick and mortar?? Amazon it is from here on out.

I went into the grooming salon, was checking in and the gal tells me they won't groom him. Why? Because he came in with a muzzle! WTF!!! Rude and condescending I told them this was BS my dog doesn't bite or anything else. He just has a loud, annoying bark. too bad thats the Petsmart policy!!! i grabbed my purse and was walking out and a gal called after me in a condescending voice. "Have a nice day" i told her to " F.O" and within 10 minutes i had another appt for my dog with a " Decent" groomer!!! i'll never go to Petsmart again. i see why they have such crappy reviews! ive spent a lot of money with Petsmart but i will not buy the food, toys, treats, grooming EVER AGAIN!!! They were also very strict with all vaccinations. I forgot to send my husband with some of the copies and we had to quickly get them emailed over before they would let him enter - which is great! My dog passed his assessment and stayed here for seven days over Thanksgiving. The price was fair and when we picked him they gave us a little treat bag and report card. My dog seemed to love it and he was always chilling in the middle of the pack when they would post anything on Instagram. Downfalls: despite strict vaccination requirements my dog still got kennel cough. He recovered quickly and it wasn't anything severe, but still a bummer. He also had one or two scratches on him. I'd imagine he was playing rough and it wasnt anything serious since his report card was all positive, but it's still something I'll watch out for if he goes back.

Upon arrival, we had a very positive experience. The facility was very clean and the front staff,…read morealong with Amber, was very attentive. The technician was kind to our pet, but I was surprised that no one initially checked our pet's temperature or assessed his condition based on his symptoms; we had to remind the staff to do so before we left. Dr. C made a poor initial impression with his curt demeanor. He seemed short and almost dismissive of our pet's situation. For instance, he did not introduce himself when he came in and after a brief greeting, he pointed to the table for our dog and began his assessment without allowing us to provide input. He was halfway out the door before he finally asked if we had any questions. However, It came off as more of a formality versus actually caring if we had any questions and addressing them. The initial interaction, lasting less than two minutes, felt rushed and impersonal, reflecting poor bedside manner. However, Dr. C significantly redeemed himself when he returned with the medications and was very polite and more attentive. Additionally, a gentleman named Alex was extremely kind and helpful, answering many of my questions and putting my mind at ease in the reception lobby. Overall, our experience mostly positive and if I had to point out any areas of improvement , it would be the overall bedside manners that the doctor provided with patients. With that being said, I would return.
