Steven and his guys are the best I've encountered. I used to…read moredrive down to Valencia for car washes because I didn't trust any of the ones in the AV to handle my car with care. I found Atlas Luxury Auto Care when googling places to get my wheels ceramic coated and to my delight, found they wash cars as well. Steven and his team ceramic coated my wheels at a very reasonable price and I was extremely impressed with the wash as well so I immediately set up a recurring bi-weekly wash with them. As soon as I get the PPF put on my car, I'm coming back to ceramic coat the whole car. I only wish I had found them sooner. Can't praise these guys enough.

So granted, he was a little booked up. I could only make it in on weekends but he called several times with additional openings once and scheduled to see if I wanted to get in sooner. Very complimentary and excellent service! Once my appointment did arrive. I showed up and he was beyond polite! So was his co-worker, which, unfortunately, his name escapes me. Both of them answered plenty of questions for me, as a massive concern for me as I drive this thing 130 mines a day, 5 miles offroad to get to my house in Acton. It is always dirty! Steven showed me a No Wax Soap Scrub alternative that I took a picture of and got on Amazon on my way home. I left the car for one day. I paid him much less than competitors, and that was two weeks and a day ago. Yesterday was the final day for me to wash my car; we are talking about 50 miles of dirt road! Plue the extra 1250 in those two weeks. To be able to spray it off in 8-10 minutes was a HUGE step up from the car washing I was doing on my old Dodge, I'll tell you that. The only issue you may see in the allotted photos below is that I did have to fight the Santa Ana winds yesterday, but it still came out beautiful for the time alotted. Thanks Steven! P.S. This guy has a toy drive box outside going until Dec 1st! You know he's not just a businessman, he's got a huge heart! That's the business you want to support! Right?

They came directly to my house, treated everything with care, and showed excellent attention to detail throughout the installation. I especially appreciated the time they spent helping me sort through the many different film options. They clearly explained the differences and helped me choose the right product for my home and my goal of reducing the amount of heat coming through the windows and protecting my interior goods from UV damage. The finished installation looks great, and the difference in heat coming into the house is noticeable. The entire experience was professional, convenient, and easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Mirror Image to anyone considering residential window film.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!…read more I called around 9 a.m. hoping for a same-day appointment, and they were able to take my car at 11! From that first phone call, the customer service was amazing, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The shop was clean, and John, the owner, was so nice when I met him at the front desk. I've lived in the area for a few years and have been searching for a car wash or detailing place that does a truly thorough job. I finally found it! I recently had a hit-and-run accident that left scrapes along the side of my car. John was able to remove almost all of the marks, leaving very little visible. I couldn't believe how good it looked! What really impressed me was the attention to detail. I had my car done on Saturday, and I'm STILL noticing little things they cleaned. Even my key remote and its pink protective case were cleaned! They also removed a chocolate stain in my trunk. The glass was spotless, and the interior felt clean without that greasy, oily finish I've experienced at other car washes. Johnny and his team went above and beyond. You may pay a little more, but the time, care, and quality are absolutely worth it. I've tried other car washes and mobile detailers, and none have come close to this experience. Take your car here, you won't be disappointed! This is the only place I'll be taking mine from now on.
