My friend hired this videographer for their wedding and the experience is causing unnecessary stress. The videographer & his wife filmed the entire wedding, was fully paid, and then never delivered the footage. He mentioned extenuating circumstances which was understood however additional months have passed with no video and very little to no communication -- eventually, he has stopped responding altogether. My friend has reached out to others who have hired him and they respond with the same thing. Jacob does not deliver within the three months he is contracted to fulfilling, the video is almost always delivered right before the couple's one year anniversary. Taking someone's money and not providing timely service based on the contract is completely unprofessional. Please be careful before hiring this videographer. read more

Jacob captured video footage for our wedding day August 2021 in Lake Tahoe. We booked Jacob back in 2019 for our original wedding date in 2020, and he was so kind and understanding when we made the difficult decision to postpone. He was so great on the day-of helping to make everyone comfortable in front of the camera, and he did great collaborating and working with our other vendors and photographer. They arrived on time and walked around the property that we were getting married on to make sure they knew where the perfect spots were for pictures and videos. I knew Jacub and he was a close friend. We actually worked together on a few projects and I referred tons of business to him through my marketing agency. I vouched for his work as it was seriously far ahead of most. When he agreed to do our wedding he was excited and even brought a second person along to film the entire thing. He was paid in full and was paid ahead of the schedule in the contract. Being that he was my friend I wanted to do right by him. Well.... Weeks and months went on without any word on the wedding video. He kept saying "it should be ready next weekend!" We are now 8 months into it and he has started to ignore us altogether. I haven't heard back from him in over 3 months with repeated attempts to reach him through email, Instagram, phone, text. Our wedding planner even tried to get a hold of him without any luck. I highly recommend you do NOT book a wedding video through him because well... You'll never get it. Truly sad that my and my wife's day will not be remembered as it could have been. Money down the drain and lost a friend which is even worse. Will probably be suing for losses and hopefully salvage the video footage if it still even exists. read more

Jacob coordinated an entire recruitment video for my sorority, shooting for us on multiple dates over an entire 12 month period. Our chapter had over 130 girls at the time and he coordinated and showcased our sorority in the most effortless and amazing way! He was so flexible, (sometimes coming to shoot us with notices as short as an hour in advance,) and is so easy to work with. He is so positive and willing to go the extra mile for all of his projects. He is passionate about all of his work and strives for the absolute best quality in everything he produces.
