The logistics and operations were great throughout the job and the level of workmanship was top notch. We were using Heath Tile, and a complicated pattern at that, but at no point were Mick and the team phased by it. The end result was spectacular and they came in on budget and to timeline. Fast forward to 2025 and we called upon London Tile to help us with a larger project. Greg (Mick's son) was our point of contact and they worked on 3 areas of the house. Firstly his team were able to easily correct some poorly installed bathroom tile (from another company) and later they installed beautiful backsplashes for the kitchen and wet bar. Again, we used Heath Tile and again, a fabulous result. The team are prompt, tidy, accurate and focused in their work and are a real joy to work with. Highly recommend.

Because we bought a home with radiant heating in the floor, we couldn't use real wood. At any rate, their first installation was top notch. Moreover, they were polite, did a fine job, and cleaned up after themselves. Their work has stood the test of time. The planks are still level, and the grout is still intact In 2024, we decided to remove the carpeting on the second floor. We contacted Mick, and asked him to come out and give us a bid on installing approximately 800 ft of porcelain planking. Mick now has his son Greg running point. Greg and his team also did an excellent job. They were very polite, and were very good about cleaning up after themselves. The planks are level, and the grout looks fine. They were great about moving and protecting furniture and didn't grumble when my husband and I had to work out the arrangement of an area carpet under an extremely heavy bed. There is a bit of art involved in the placement of plank flooring. They were very good about consulting with us - and made certain we were happy with the placement. We are extremely satisfied with their work, and would use them again.

We've had a pretty rotten experience with this company in regards to a fairly large electrical…read moreproject we contracted with them. During their review of our needs, we did a main panel upgrade, relocation of our subpanel to the garage, extension of all circuits and wiring, service line upgrade to 200amps, as well as installation of exhaust fans in each of our bathrooms. 07/31/2025 - We signed the contract with them to begin work 08/26/2025 - The initial phase of work was completed pending city permits, meter release, PGE inspection, and new service line. At this point, we paid the majority of the payments for the work. As first-time homeowners, we were probably naive making the payments we did and not having an agreed-upon payment schedule in the contract. But this also felt very predatory of them to request a specific payment amount knowing what percentage of work still actually remained. The second phase of work - connecting all the new circuits, finishing the installation of the sub panel and main panel, and connecting the new exhaust fans could not be completed until the above steps were finished. We then had multiple PGE appointments cancelled and rescheduled for unknown reasons and they wouldn't provide any information. PGE later told us that the electrician didn't submit all of the required documentation by a specific deadline. 03/31/2026 (current status) - They have not completed any remaining work. They submitted the permit application back in October 2025, but never paid the fees and obtained the required permit and meter release to complete the remaining work. We have a main panel upgrade, new subpanel, and bathroom exhaust fans that still aren't functional. We have spent 7 months emailing them, texting them, and trying to call them with no response from the owner, Jacob. Their front office does answer the phone, but they are not responsive beyond that. We have also sent them a physical letter requesting the work to be completed, and still have not received a response. The electricians that did the work, Aaron and Ozzy, seemed competent and thorough with their work, but this project has just been a disaster causing stress and anxiety for over 7 months now. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend them for anything beyond a simple fix or upgrade.

It wasn't awful, we had some built in shelving the previous owner put in, but it wasn't versatile at all. It was all fixed and there were some fairly odd hooks, spaces and shelves too. Also, we lacked insulation entirely, exposed roof as well. Anyway, we got recommended to reach out to Martin by a couple of neighbors and glad we did. It's a completely transformed garage that is 10x more organized, more space and we've turned it into a bit of a hang-out room for our kids as well. The pictures here won't do it justice, as I have a few last items like our Pelaton, old rug and old coffee table that we are giving away, but we know have a true workout space, a sleeper sofa and TV in there for the kids and family that stays. Finally, we have drywall, amazing shelves, so much more storage, versatile slatwall, hanging storage shelves, and Martin has a keen eye for rearranging things to create more open space and better flow. Martin brought in a guy to do the drywall and insulation and he was great (forgot his name), but Martin and his team did everything else, including the epoxy coating on our floor, which we love. He's very communicative, his prices are very fair and the work is excellent. Highly, highly recommend! Also, Martin does screen doors, which we are thinking of replacing soon and we know who we'll be calling!
