We were looking for such a location for our wedding and this place worked out great! The setting is just fantastic and I'll post some more pictures to show you so! It rained on our wedding day...Not too much, but it rained...there was rolling fog coming thru the valley and it made for an amazing backdrop! I was very much impressed with the scenery, even on a cloudy day. I actually golfed the day after the wedding when it was nice and sunny and the place looks fantastic. I'm not an avid golfer, but I do play a few times a year and this was a great course to play on! They have 2 18 hole courses and the prices are pretty good as you might imagine for the location here. Given how nice the day was and how I just didn't want to leave, playing golf for a few hours worked out great! Nice way to wind down after the wedding. They did a great job decorating, we were very pleased with how the venue looked. We were not able to use the outdoor bar due to the wet weather, but it still worked out nicely inside. I do wish the food was better...We went with a buffet and I was non-plussed. It was OK. The chicken and mashed potatoes were actually quite good. But the beef was sliced so thin and cooked so dry it wasn't any beef I'd order unless it was served on a roll with cheese. I also found out the next day that we ate the exact same food\buffet that is offered to the golfers in the players club. Same chicken, same beef, same silver metal serving trays with sterno keeping them warm. This was a bit of a let down for me, I'd think for a wedding they would bring in something special that they didn't serve on a daily basis. We also did a brunch here the day after the wedding. Same silver metal serving trays, now filled with eggs, sausage and the like, as well as some wraps\sandwiches. This was good and a nice way to wrap up the wedding and say goodbye to our guests. It's about a mile from the MainStay Suites where we stayed...very convenient...had a shuttle running back and forth all night and it worked out well! Gorgeous setting for a wedding, I highly recommend it, just make sure you do a tasting and are happy with the food! Don't forget free golf for the wedding party!

Many holes were fairly wide open. Several waste areas. Greens were cut well so putting was moderately fast. I am currently a 9 handicap and found a good test at this course. Carts ran well. Good fast food afterwards. Bar as well. People extremely friendly. We must go back. Under $30 per round per senior rate including cart. We had a very enjoyable day.

Welcome to one of the few arcade's left in Eastern/Central Pennsylvania. While arcades were once…read morecommon with virtually every mall having one, most have closed including Boardwalk Boulevard, Pocket Change, and Tilt. This arcade is located within Knoebles, so there is no admission fee. Playland is an interesting arcade that has modernized to keep with the times. Building is not fancy but is decently large. This is NOT a retro arcade, so you will not see games like X-Men, Simpsons, or Centipede. They have a wide array of new $1 a play games along with other recent games such as Dance Dance Revolution. Playland has many new ticket games with the usual array of prizes available. Some older ticket games include Skee ball and Pop-A-Ball poker. A few pinball machines are located in the back of the building. It's easy to walk into Playland and spend $5 quickly. As a child of the 80's it's nice to see at least one arcade can continue to thrive. There's no right time to visit as it's always crowded, so if you're at Knoebles, make sure to stop!

Got to the venue at 7:30 our tickets weren't until 830 so we got food. I didn't know they had food, we were going to go grab food and come back. The french fries were amazing! They were hand cut, but they only had two people working the stand. Then within minutes only one person. It got very backed up. Cheeseburgers were What you'd expect. The hot apple cider was warmed on a coffee pot type machine, it took forever. I had to wait and come back for it. The food was decently priced. The only thing I thought was crazy about the pricing was: they were selling one full Smore kit for three dollars! I could buy the marshmallows, graham crackers, and the chocolate for just a little over that. You could also get a pint of apple cider for four dollars or a small Styrofoam cup full for three dollars. Get the jug. We got in line at 8:15. Same situation with the 2 lines and no one knowing how to work them properly. We should have just got the tickets at the door, would have been in faster. One lady around us, son was working that night. She asked to speak with the owner. The owner said they knew what they were doing with the 2 lines. Definitely not! We didn't get on till after 9:30! The ride itself was decent. Only took 10 mins to go through even though the workers will tell you it takes 20-25 mins. You get 100 paintballs, but that's enough. There are only 7-8 real actors. The rest are props. They have a fake simulation on the radio and you have to watch a DVD before going on the ride. Overall it's cute, but a Once and done type of ride.

Now for the zombie paintball that everyone is complaining about, listen fact of the matter is that this is the most popular attraction overall so of course the wait is going to be annoying. I went through the haunted house at 7 got out by 720 went to the zombie paintball right away waited about 15 min and then I began. Personally speaking it was fun, yes it's not slot of zombie actors, mostly props but it's still plenty of fun and although zombies don't drive... who wouldn't want to shoot paintballs at moving cars? Asked if they had other kayaks owner mentioned a model. I said is that a sit on kayak he said yeah. I asked if they get any sit in kayaks and him and his co worker laughed at me asking "what I would want a sit in kayak for". Said for my wife... due to the ignorance and poor salesman ship I won't be back. Wanted to help support a smaller shop as I tend to do but this one lost my interest.
