Came in here a couple weeks ago with my family. My wife got yelled at by this tall dark skinned girl, big eyes, black ponytail. She was all in my wife's face saying "if you need help finding a size let me know instead of making a mess in my store". She got pushy shoving my wife out of the way folding everything she tried to look at. We came in again today and our cashier this tall white girl, brown hair, high ponytail asked if we had time to leave any feedback we had for the store (the reason I'm writing this). We began telling her about how horrible our experience was last time. To our surprise this short pregnant lady mopping the floor overheard and came over to apologize for us getting treated like that. Both ladies were very kind and apologized lots of behalf of the rude lady. We will definitely be back in again due to these two kind ladies! read more

I ordered several pieces for my nieces for Easter, I placed my order online for in Store pickup. My order was ready less than an hour after it was placed. Upon pickup, I noticed there was an error- I had ordered a specific colour but the colour codes were mixed up. Deja and team were able to fix the error right away, with no issues. Deja then proceeded to double check my original order (from my email confirmation) against what was ready. Overall very pleased with the process from ordering to picking up. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a dress and a T-shirt and skort set for each of my nieces; everything was already up to 60% off and I received an additional 30% off for being a new customer, making each 2 piece outfit less than $10. I had a horrible experience at this store. The blonde lady working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting customers, she gave attitude and acted like we were bothering her. When I asked a simple question, she rolled her eyes and barely acknowledged me. I genuinely believe she is a racist. Dealing with an employee like that ruins the entire shopping experience. If management cares at all about customer service, they should do something about her. Definitely won't be coming back! read more
