Lemon Cheesecake with Lemon Cookie Crust

I was looking for lemon cheesecake for a birthday and I came across The Cheesecake Baker. I called and he went over options of a traditional graham cracker crust or a lemon cookie crust to punch up the lemon flavor. The ordering process with him was quick and easy and we arranged a pick up day. On the pickup day, he texted me to confirm when I was able to get the cheesecake. He brought it to my car for an easy pickup upon my arrival. The cheesecake was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The birthday person was wowed by how delicious it was, which was my goal. I would not hesitate to recommend him or order again. It is really awesome to have someone that can make custom flavors and do it at such a reasonable price.

Ordered a plain cheesecake over the weekend and it was delicious! Im not a big cheesecake person but i ended up getting it for my partner's bday and it was really thick, the right amount of crust and the flavor didnt taste like most cheesecakes...it tasted better. I usually eat a few bites but that weekend i had three WHOLE slices in one sitting! Tip: he usually has plain, strawberry, and blueberry cheesecakes ready for takeout which really helped me, however, if youd like to try his other flavors, you will have to call 24-48hrs in advance OR wait about 8hrs the same day because he makes it fresh and cheesecake needs time to get firm. Again, im not a big cheesecake person but after trying his plain one, im very curious to try his specialty cheesecakes! I also appreciate the prices, budget friendly which i very much appreciate! Took a star off because my slice unfortunately had a strand of hair embedded into it but i wont lie, it was too good to throw away so i picked it out and finished that slice read more

I didn't get a chance to take pictures, but the cheesecakes were delicious. I ordered the Turtle cheesecake, white chocolate macadamia cheesecake and the plain. All were very delicious and loved the design. I was able to get the cakes within a couple days of ordering which worked out great because I had to order them last minute. I didn't get a photo but I ordered the raspberry cheesecake and was able to serve 14 people a slice and still have a big corner left over. Every person complimented the cake and asked where I got it from! I was so happy that everyone enjoyed it and I have to say it was one of the best I've had! I will definitely be ordering again and can't wait to try the other flavors! Also the presentation of the cake was beautiful, even the box was a shiny black box that looked really nice. This is a very late review but I ordered a Peach Hennessy Cheesecake for my boyfriend's birthday while we were visiting Vegas about a year ago and we we talk constantly about how it was the best cheesecake we've ever had. He was even asking if we could get another one for this birthday this year but unfortunately we live in California. My wife asked me to make her a desert for Valentines Day. She laughed as she said it because she knows I have no cooking skills whatsoever. So not to let her down, I researched cheesecakes in the Las Vegas area and stumbled across The Cheesecake Baker. I read the 126 online reviews, which were all 5 stars, and decided to order the Strawberry Cheesecake for pickup the next morning. I received at least 5 updates from Larry on it's progress and was able to pick it up the next morning. I arrived at 11:00 am the next morning and Larry walked down the stairs with my cheesecake. The first thing I noticed was the weight. It must have weighed 5 or more pounds. The top was completely covered with strawberries that were cut in half. That evening my wife prepared a delicious meal (my wife is a gourmet chef) but we saved room for the cheesecake. She was blown away by the creaminess and flavor. She commented that the ingredients were of the very best. I fully agreed with her. She immediately went on Facebook and wrote a review that this was the best cheesecake she had ever tasted. I have never seen her write a review of this nature. All in all, if you want the best cheesecake in Las Vegas, think no further than The Cheesecake Baker. I am so glad I found The Cheesecake Baker! I have been searching for a place I can customize a special cheesecake, to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. Everyone's go-to is The Cheesecake Factory but I wanted somewhere different. I ordered a Caramel apple cheesecake and added pecans. Got a plain 14' cheesecake with strawberries on top for my birthday. The best cheesecake I have ever had, asked my friends what they thought of the cheesecake and all of them said it was really good. Though the strawberries themselves were a sour, the cheesecake itself did not disappoint. Very nice balance of flavors and the sweetness didn't overwhelm the whole cake.
