What a great evening out. Went to happy hour at the Cheese Shoppe, so fun. Frank the owner is so pleasant and informative. Such a relaxed atmosphere. He described the cheeses on the charcuterie board. My wife enjoyed a glass of wine and I had a Brooklyn Lager, which was very good. The different varieties of cheese mixed with fruit made for a great night. We sat on the outside at a high top table and had such a great time. A perfect place for couples on date night or a great place for visitors. read more

Frank really is the cheese guy! He loves cheese and makes it easy for regular folks to try out something new. Most people know him from farmer's markets and his social media presence but make sure to check out his shop. I'd recommend going when he has his charcuterie board happy hour specials. There is cute patio dining behind his shop, so this really can be a destination visit. read more

We went for their Thursday night cheese and wine tasting. Not only was the price a great deal, but the quality of the cheeses was top notch. The charcuterie board was a nice assortment of a variety of cheeses, meats, and other tasty treats. I loved every item, and cleaned my plate. The service was friendly and informative. In addition to the cheese selection, the shop had lots of other treats and tasty food items for sale, including James, spreads, crackers, flavored salt, and more. All of the guests seemed to be having a good time, and the other guests were very friendly. Definitely a great ambiance, and it was a fun evening. Will definitely be coming back. I check their Instagram for posts on upcoming food events. Would definitely recommend them. Frank, the owner, is always so friendly, and he really knows his cheeses. read more

I found the best cheese shop in Florida in downtown Lantana. Fantastic place! Fantastic cheese! Fantastic staff! When we walked in, Ivy greeted us, showed us around the shop, made great suggestions, and allowed us to sample some cheeses. I didn't taste anything that wasn't fantastic. The aged farmer's Gouda just melted in my mouth. The Picante cheese from the Sardinia region was unbelievably good. The triple cream was so smooth and the brie was amazing. The do owner, Hector, came in before we left and was friendly and so welcoming. I highly recommend checking this place out. If you do, you will probably find me there buying more cheese. read more

Such a cute shop full of amazing cheeses and other items to add to cheese boards etc. Frank was such a nice guy and so helpful and nice to chat with. I asked him about several cheeses I like and he proceeded to give me samples of different kinds of cheese he had there. He told me about the future of the shop and what they plan to offer there which was pretty exciting (love paninis!) I purchased a cheese from Sardinia which kind of reminded me of pepper jack and a small jar of cinnamon caramel for dipping apples. I definitely will be back to try other things. read more

Excellent charcuterie board for New Year's eve! We talked with Frank & selected the meats & cheeses - ample amounts of both. The best part were all the other antipasto - peppers, dried apricots, figs, different types of olives, chocolate almonds, etc. The board looked & tasted great - as did the beer we picked up.
