It is amazing how a filet sandwich can be so soft, so tender, so flavorful - it's an experience that I won't soon forget. Because the sandwich was pretty small, I also enjoyed the Frito pie. The saltiness of the Fritos (that reminded me of being a child) juxtaposed with the tanginess of the pickled red onions, cream, cilantro and savory chopped wagyu meat was such a fun, but elevated nacho dish. There were so many drinks to choose from, but I really wanted to focus on the food this time. The staff (I think her name is Tuesday) was so kind and knowledgeable - she's the one who led me to the epic sandwich experience I had. The vibe was pretty chill despite being extremely busy.
