Lady at the front checking people in had a bad attitude. Food was okay. Over 40 minute wait. I would rather just go to a regular restaurant in the airport next time.

One of the smaller lounges but I've always easily gotten in - which is a win. Clean bathrooms, full bar and food - all a girl needs when waiting for a flight. They get kudos for the bartender letting me know they had bookers and for the super friendly staff. There are a few lounge options in the airport but this has been a solid choice as of late.

This was my first time to this location. What was interesting is that breakfast food was not available until 0630. Mind you my flight leaves at 0730 and I had to leave and find another establishment that serves breakfast. Essentially, why have the AMEX if Centurion does provide the service at a reasonable time when most flights are getting ready to take off. So no the services were not to my liking. In addition, the place was not what normally would see at other Centurion location. Maybe this is just PHL that's the problem. I have gone to HOU, DAL, LAX, ATL, CLT etc and those locations were exceptional. Philadelphia you get a zero in my book. Semper Fi......

This Centurion Lounge is definitely one of the smaller ones and feels cramped. Been here about 4 times and the wait has always been around an hour. They make you scan a QR code to get on the waitlist. Had to run my butt from 2 terminals down after seeing the review saying that someone had a hard time getting in after the link expired. Food is good and drinks are plentiful as to be expected of a Centurion Lounge. Doesn't seem like the staff is as attentive about picking up plates and cleaning tables.

Packed to the brim - less of a luxury experience - more of herding experience because of how packed it is. At one point they had to make announcements over the speakers telling people not to put bags on seats ... felt really off for a Centurion lounge. Food options very limited - rice and chicken and a sad salad bar... but they warn you at the door you can't eat your cheesesteak inside. All in all - weird / subpar service

This review is on behalf of my hubby who was on a call with me the entire time he was there with our beloved support dog Lulu. Lounge food was terrible, even the sugar cookies are sub-par. Not a lot of choices for food. Staff kept on asking our dog to be moved a couple of inches on the floor as if she was a nuisance. Good thing one of the patrons indicated Lulu made them happier than the sub-par staff demeanor and food. The ambiance is a 3, not a lot of accouterments that makes this place as comfortable and well-appointed as it should be.

This lounge is now my favorite in the network. While also being the smallest by size overall. The lounge manager Mary welcomed me in and checked me in very quickly and explained the lounge. Be aware the lounge is not that big and its very likely depending on when you go that you have to wait. If you don't like to wait there are other lounges to use. The lounge was very clean and I noticed plates being picked up very fast and cups being cleared. The food area was also kept very clean. Tables promptly cleaned as soon as someone got up to leave. The food as usual was pretty good and hot. They kept replenishing it quick whenever it was empty, I watched from my table. I especially liked the rice and chicken, both of which had a Lebanese slant to it. As usual free drinks, just walk to the bar and ask. I was able to fill up my water bottle and get a soda. So with everything that I've said so far, you can tell Mary the manager runs the lounge well, her team were friendly, efficient, and quick. If all the other lounges in the network were run like this, overall would be so much better. So, despite being the smallest lounge I like this one the best. I'm getting close to the 75k annual spend so I can take guests with me. Anyways recommended!

Long waitlist when we arrived on a Tuesday night during our layover at PHL. Didn't appreciate the rude and impatient front desk employees. When we finally received the text that it was our turn, it was maybe 50 minutes later, which gave us maybe 30-40 minutes in the lounge before we had to make the long trek back to our gate. The food was ok, nothing to rave about, just some grilled chicken and potatoes. Since we were short on time, I didn't appreciate that the bartender was slow despite no one in line. Not really recommended, especially if you're not flying out of a nearby gate. They seem to fill up quickly, so it's possible you'll walk over only to find a waitlist. They just don't have enough seating compared to other Centurion Lounges.

I do wish the bartenders had more authority to stop serving patrons. There was an absolutely obnoxious man and woman two tables down from me who were reading every text message that they received out loud and then laughing uproariously. They had at least three glasses each on their table and got two more while I was there. They ordered a massive amount of food, didn't eat it, and then shifted two tables down and ordered more food. When the servers came by to clear their initial table, the couple laughed and said Oh yeah - the people who were here didn't like that that much. So not so much a commentary on the lounge itself, which is very nice and probably one of the better lounges that I have been in, but to the quality of some of the patrons that you might encounter, should you choose to spend some time here.

While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. With that said, this particular lounge is one of the larger locations I have been in, and there are many places within the lounge to relax, do work, grab a snack, or anything else. In fact, for such a large lounge, there were surprisingly open seats here and there where I'm used to smaller lounges without any open seats. There is comfortable seating as well as bar seating and table seating. Also over the last year, I've begun to see the efforts made to improve the Admirals Club membership which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups, Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). In fact, there was a build-your-own-waffle station set up which later turned into a guacamole station. There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. There are also Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining locations, which offer much more than just Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club. This specific lounge is where the B and C concourses meet up right near the shopping area. It's a great lounge that I plan on visiting again on a future visit to Philadelphia.

For $65/hr. here, you get a glorified closet where you can turn the lights off. Unfortunately, everything else is pretty much the same as in the terminal: you lack control of the temperature (there is a thermostat in each suite, but your inputs cause nothing to happen), have to share a bathroom across the corridor with "gen-pop," and can recline on a worn-out, squeaky plastic couch held together by duct tape. I was hoping to get a nap in in here during a 6-hr. layover between a transatlantic and a domestic flight, but couldn't get comfortable in such a ramshackle, bare-minimum-of-effort environment. The sole benefit was perhaps the confirmation of my suspicions that this country is going downhill compared to the shining, ultramodern European airport I departed from! In my view, what would make this price point logical would be hotel-style amenities: the room can be small, but it should have an actual bed (even if just a twin), sheets, a WORKING thermostat, at least one complimentary water (making guests who are already forking over countless Benjamins pay $6 for a 500mL bottle shocked my conscience), and at least one private bathroom for those who've booked the suites.
