This is located in phl Airport and I stopped only cause my flight was delayed. The staff seem over worked. They have a wait but nowhere is there waitlist instructions. My capital one priority pass, dragon pass both didn't work. So had to use a third card priority pass benefit. The rooms are old, look ok but the bed leather had cracks. They need to upgrade the room look and my lights were flickering at dim. I barely got any rest as you still hear the announcements from airport. They don't have ear plugs. Overall I would not visit again as did not get the rest as I wanted

Priority pass gives a complementary 1 hour access, and then you can extend it if you would like! There were snacks and drink for purchase(no alcoholic drink as I could see). It's good if you would like to take a nap or getting away from other people but it's not the most comfortable thing to take a nap on. However it's pretty quiet and it has its own bathroom access different than the airport.

    Your plastic bed.

It's convenient. I literally exited my plane at B26 and it was at B 24. They checked my name (no ID,) and showed me my "room". I booked by phone and asked for a room where the facility had a shower. I assumed the person who answered the phone would just book me for that shower, but I guess you book it separately?? That was confusing. When I woke up in the morning, I wanted to take a shower and I didn't have one. Fortunately the one shower was available and for $21, it was mine. Now to the "room". The bed is a plastic-y couch. I wonder if they wiped it down or something from the previous person? They give you a blanket and pillow. Was the blanket washed? I don't know. Not a whole lot else. All for about $225. Did I mention it was convenient?

I came here with my husband since we had two hours before our early flight. Since we hadn't gotten any sleep the whole night, we were looking forward to getting a quick nap. Unfortunately we never got to experience Minute Suites. When we arrived, there was a sign up that a suite was being cleaned and to call a number to get an attendant. Both me and my husband called the number several times and never got an answer. We even tried yelling out to see if someone would hear us, but to no avail. It was also a shame that the attendant would leave all the products they have sitting out unattended. Different people may take advantage of that.

Loved it! So relaxing and peaceful. The pillows were clean and soft. The wifi didn't work but we didn't even ask for help, we just took a lovely nap. It was quiet and the couch was comfortable. I would definitely return here

What a secret gem! Who knew one could sleep at an airport!? Well, anyone can who isn't a Club member of any airline has Minute Suites to call on fir a comfy place to relax (per hour). I was flying with my pregnant sister and her husband into PHL very early in the morning: too early to check in to our hotel and really needed a place for her to rest. So with some research, I found Minute Suites online l which is actually a chain, and just signed up for 4 hours' worth of rest time. With a couple clicks and a credit card, we were booked! Once we arrived at the designated time, the receptionist was very sweet and showed us to our suite. She even offered to wake us up if needed (didn't need it, but a good amenity if you're alone). And as a side note, there are some rest supplies, snacks and drinks out in the front as well as a treat basket in the room. Yoga mats are even available for rent! Nevertheless, the rooms are small yet cozy and above all, CLEAN. There's a tv/desk, and a couch that has a pull out level for your feet or a weary traveler friend (me) to also pass out on. All in all, a chill, safe cozy place to stay. If I'm ever in need of an airport sleep facility, I'm looking up Minute Suites!

Never had been in one before but decided I had time and wanted to see what it was like.... The staff was incredible and I enjoyed it. Special shout out to Tyler Jenkins who explained the whole process to me since I was the first timer

I do wish the bartenders had more authority to stop serving patrons. There was an absolutely obnoxious man and woman two tables down from me who were reading every text message that they received out loud and then laughing uproariously. They had at least three glasses each on their table and got two more while I was there. They ordered a massive amount of food, didn't eat it, and then shifted two tables down and ordered more food. When the servers came by to clear their initial table, the couple laughed and said Oh yeah - the people who were here didn't like that that much. So not so much a commentary on the lounge itself, which is very nice and probably one of the better lounges that I have been in, but to the quality of some of the patrons that you might encounter, should you choose to spend some time here.

While the clubs used to be spacious with decent food and drink offerings and excellent service, the clubs have become much busier with fewer seats available and average food and drink options. It seems that everyone has access to an Admirals Club nowadays and brings their entire families. With that said, this particular lounge is one of the larger locations I have been in, and there are many places within the lounge to relax, do work, grab a snack, or anything else. In fact, for such a large lounge, there were surprisingly open seats here and there where I'm used to smaller lounges without any open seats. There is comfortable seating as well as bar seating and table seating. Also over the last year, I've begun to see the efforts made to improve the Admirals Club membership which includes complimentary hot food throughout the day from soups, Mac and Cheese, sandwiches, meatballs, and breakfast items (not all at once though). In fact, there was a build-your-own-waffle station set up which later turned into a guacamole station. There are charcuterie offerings, dessert trays, a salad bar, hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks, snacks, and then house drinks. You can pay more for premium drinks and prepared meals. Access to the lounge is easy to get whether through the Citi Executive World Mastercard with free access for you and up to two guests. You can also pay $175 for up to three authorized users each receiving their own lounge access (with up to two guests). Also, One World alliance flyers with a certain status can access Admirals Clubs. There are also Flagship Lounge and Flagship First Dining locations, which offer much more than just Admirals Clubs. I'm confident that making it easy to get Admirals Club memberships has led to lounges being overcrowded though now that you have to pay for authorized users instead of getting them for free in recent years, that may help. You can also redeem AAdvantage miles for membership or access to the Admirals Club. This specific lounge is where the B and C concourses meet up right near the shopping area. It's a great lounge that I plan on visiting again on a future visit to Philadelphia.

The lounge is small and fills up fast, so if you see an open seat, grab it like it's Eagles playoff tickets. The food? It's fine. It'll hold you over. It's not life changing, but it does the job before boarding. Now the reason this still gets 5 stars: Corrine and Angela behind the bar are absolute pros. Fast, friendly, strong pours, and somehow keeping the vibe upbeat even when it's packed. They make the whole place feel fun instead of crowded. And Roman? Special peeps. Professional, welcoming, and one of those people who genuinely elevates the room just by being there. So yes, it's small. Yes, the food is meh. But the team is elite. The breakfast buffet the day I came was horrible and looked worn down and had nothing appetizing on it... including the nasty, old scrambled eggs. They did have decent coffee. The restroom is oddly configured and small... you walk in the men's room and there are three doors, thinking these are all stalls and no urinals, but walk in the first one and it's a urinal only. Odd! The seating in the lounge is ok, but there were many families with loud kids, so that makes it tough to work, concentrate, and make work-related calls. Overall, if this was my home airport, I'd never return to a Centurion and I'd probably cancel my platinum card. They need to work on this place!
