There's an elevator right to the left of the entrance doors that will take you straight to the waiting room. Today when I arrived there was a nice lady behind a desk right inside the entrance to take my temperature and she told us that only patients can enter..mom had to go back out to the car. There's plenty of seats in the lobby but I've never seen them full..it's about a 5 min. wait before the nurse calls you back to the clinic room to take your vitals, then I had about a 15 min. wait for Dr. Johnson to come in. She showed me x-rays of my knees and back that are filled with arthritis. She wants me to do needle sticks in my back and knees to kill the nerves but they're not doing any surgeries right now so I'll have to wait. She also prescribed me a pain gel that I'm heading to get now. She's such a nice, caring doctor and always has a smile making sure I understand everything that's going on. I highly recommend this place!

So, I did physical therapy, etc. Pain never fully went away, and a year and a half later it is all (pain, stiffness, weakness) starting to come back. This is a sign of a failed surgery, so I followed their advice and called since something had changed. No answer, just voice mail. Left a message. Next day was nearly done and no call back, so I called again. Same thing, left a message. Been a week now, and they've never answered the phone, and never called me back. I'm out a ton of money, and probably going to have to find another doctor to fix this.

When my husband asked if she was doc, she said no but she's been doing this a long time and she knows what she's talking about. She got very rude when we asked to see doctor. With doc we decided to go epidural injection, they were to setup appt & call me with date & time. They never did, even though I called 3 times and insurance approved. I went to a new doc that took care of me without issues and attitude. This doctor needs better support staff, from head nurse to people who are suppose to setup procedures. Very unprofessional and uncaring that I was in constant pain.

I was a patient of several years ago and he got ill and had another doctor come in and help with…read morethe practice. I believe it was Dr.Nawar. I had my little sister had passed away and I was in between jobs and had no insurance so she put me on a medication for anxiety and it reacted with my other pain medication and would cause me to fall asleep so my mom wrote a letter to them telling them to adjust my medication. This had been done, but because I was pulled off of it abruptly I was having some lightheadedness just for maybe a week so Nawar suggested that I get a sleep study once I found out how expensive they were without scheduled an appointment to go visit with her because I did not have the money to pay for a sleep study. I do not know what she told Dr. Amayem but I was kicked out of the clinic immediately without any medication or anything. This was completely unfair to me because the medication that I had been on for seven years worked perfectly. It was the medication she put me on that caused the problem and I wanted to come back and see him again, but I cannot get his staff to return my calls and I did get a referral to him. Is it that hard to get a hold of him? I mean, I feel like I still deserve to be hurt even though it's been 11 years since I went there I still feel like I deserve to be able what situation was because it was not the medication he was prescribing. It was the medication she put me on and I'd already been taken off of it so I don't know what to do. I'm hoping that he will read this review or somebody in his office and at least return my call because my primary care physician did refer me to him and normally I would've said no I can't go back there but because I don't feel like what happened was even fair. He did not let me explain nothing so I don't told him, but it was not fair because I should never have been kicked out of that clinic to begin with ever.
