There are certain places that I will go out of my way to review because of how far they go to take…read morecare of me, and Dr. Hancock's office is definitely one of them. I'm 99.99% sure Dr. Hancock is an angel or miracle worker or something. I was in physical therapy for almost a year and had basically given up hope that my neck/shoulder/arm pain would ever be fixed. I thought I would just have to live in pain for the rest of my life, which sucks. I mean, I'm 24. Dr. Hancock is such an easy-going, friendly doctor. She really takes the time to address all of your concerns, which I greatly appreciate. I am terrified of needles. Like seriously, people, TERRIFIED. I don't like it when people shove foreign objects into me and inject me with ouchy medicine! -.- I had had trigger point injections before seeing her from a different doctor, and they caused more pain than they helped. After discussing (at great length) several treatment options for my pain, I finally decided to allow her to give me some injections. There's just something about her that makes you trust her - something in her personality....something. I don't know how to explain it. Every time I see her, I joke, "You don't know how lucky you are that I'm letting you give me shots." Because it's really *that* big of a deal to me. One of the best things about her office? You don't need a referral. She's a pain management doctor....and you don't need a referral. Wwwhhhaaaattttt. I am truthfully eternally grateful for Dr. Hancock. I'm living a pain-free life right now, which is more than I ever thought possible three months ago. If you are in pain, Dr. Hancock's office is the place to go. Other notes: Her office staff are extremely friendly. Her office is super cute, modern, and clean.

If you were in pain when you see Dr Hancock your pain will go away with manipulation and shotsread more

Dr. Hume replaced my c5-c6 with an artificial disc. Immediately after surgery I was worried because…read morethe pain was not completely gone, but he assured me it would take time for the nerves to regrow. So, I did physical therapy, etc. Pain never fully went away, and a year and a half later it is all (pain, stiffness, weakness) starting to come back. This is a sign of a failed surgery, so I followed their advice and called since something had changed. No answer, just voice mail. Left a message. Next day was nearly done and no call back, so I called again. Same thing, left a message. Been a week now, and they've never answered the phone, and never called me back. I'm out a ton of money, and probably going to have to find another doctor to fix this.

Dr. Michael Wright was ok, his staff was awful. Head Nurse came into room with no introduction,…read moreshe acted like the doctor & looked at MRI and immediately said level 2/3 fusion. When my husband asked if she was doc, she said no but she's been doing this a long time and she knows what she's talking about. She got very rude when we asked to see doctor. With doc we decided to go epidural injection, they were to setup appt & call me with date & time. They never did, even though I called 3 times and insurance approved. I went to a new doc that took care of me without issues and attitude. This doctor needs better support staff, from head nurse to people who are suppose to setup procedures. Very unprofessional and uncaring that I was in constant pain.

I was a patient of several years ago and he got ill and had another doctor come in and help with…read morethe practice. I believe it was Dr.Nawar. I had my little sister had passed away and I was in between jobs and had no insurance so she put me on a medication for anxiety and it reacted with my other pain medication and would cause me to fall asleep so my mom wrote a letter to them telling them to adjust my medication. This had been done, but because I was pulled off of it abruptly I was having some lightheadedness just for maybe a week so Nawar suggested that I get a sleep study once I found out how expensive they were without scheduled an appointment to go visit with her because I did not have the money to pay for a sleep study. I do not know what she told Dr. Amayem but I was kicked out of the clinic immediately without any medication or anything. This was completely unfair to me because the medication that I had been on for seven years worked perfectly. It was the medication she put me on that caused the problem and I wanted to come back and see him again, but I cannot get his staff to return my calls and I did get a referral to him. Is it that hard to get a hold of him? I mean, I feel like I still deserve to be hurt even though it's been 11 years since I went there I still feel like I deserve to be able what situation was because it was not the medication he was prescribing. It was the medication she put me on and I'd already been taken off of it so I don't know what to do. I'm hoping that he will read this review or somebody in his office and at least return my call because my primary care physician did refer me to him and normally I would've said no I can't go back there but because I don't feel like what happened was even fair. He did not let me explain nothing so I don't told him, but it was not fair because I should never have been kicked out of that clinic to begin with ever. And if I didn't think he was a good doctor and think very highly of him, I wouldn't be wanting to even think about coming back in there, but I want to talk to him. And I'm in between pain management doctors right now and that's why they were trying to get me into him and I'm running out of options Heather McQueen

Dr. Char is absolutely amazing! I've been to many doctors, I've yet to meet one as attentive. Dr…read more Char explained a lot of stuff thoroughly. I understood everything she explained to me, she made sure of that. I easily picked up on education and patients first is a priority for Dr. Char. I didn't feel rushed, I didn't feel like a number. I felt like i and my concerns mattered! I enjoyed (when have you ever enjoyed a doctors visit) this visit. Growing up my mom was afraid of doctors it seemed more regular to live and not know what's going on vs knowing and finding a solution. With more doctors like Dr. Char that fear and narrative will change! In return we will have healthy happy people. Regardless of any findings I'm confident Dr. Char will help me navigate it with care. I'm beyond thankful she and I crossed paths, there isn't a monetary value you can put on PEACE of mind. The peace of knowing I'm in good hands means the world to me. Thank you Dr. Char and the Holistically Well family.

Dr Char Dean goes by either "Dr Char" or "Dr Dean". This provider is, by far, the most empathetic,…read moreproblem-solving-minded medical professional I've worked with. She was able to target and identify the root cause of my thyroid dysfunction that 6 different endocrinologists have waived off over the last 10 years as being "normal". You don't get rushed out in 15 minutes and charged hundreds of dollars to leave with more questions & unknowns. Dr Dean spends 30-60 minutes during our appointments going over each piece of my labs and markers to make sure I understand how my body functions and how I can improve the deficiencies and optimize my healthy function. This provider LISTENS & responds to my concerns with respect maintaining dignity for the patient. Dr Dean excels in patient education, confronts your lifestyle choices gently sp you understand your options and the consequences of those options. She has helped make me more disciplined in taking the supplements & food choices that help fight off global inflammation flareups. She was able to help determine that my daughter needed an allergy panel after 3 different gaseronterologists couldn't accurately diagnose her digestive issues & 2 insisted she have her gall bladder removed. She had it removed and she declined in health. After Dr Dean spent time with her & ordered an allergy panel, it turned out she was highly allergic to several dietary staples. We could have saved her years of suffering by simply having an attentive provider. The amount of money I have spent total for the primary care costs, labs, perscriptions & exams have come out to a fraction of what I have spent going to specialists for years who barely scratched the surface & told me I was just stressed out. Dr Dean is the absolute truth in women's health. She will look at the whole person and ask you real questions, taking a real interest in your health and thriving.
