So I put my clothes back on and advised the therapist what was going on. We then changed the sheets together and then started the session. Rough start to a some R&R. Truly it's rather jarring that something like this happened at a place like this during a time when Covid is spreading violently. To make matters worse, there was no protective pad between the extremely thin sheet and the wool padding underneath. And if that was considered the protective layer, then that needed to be changed out as well. I couldn't even fully relax during my massage because all I could think about is the bacteria and dead skin cells that may have collected in the bed from the person who laid there before me. Gross. I spoke to someone who seemed to be the manager, but all she could offer was an apology. She said she might be able to offer a credit for the next time I visit, but unfortunately she did not follow through with that. In a professional setting like a massage therapy school, you would think the first thing you teach is to take every precaution for Covid safety and customer satisfaction. That just wasn't the case here.

Their services include massage therapy, yoga, and chiropractic care. I haven't experienced the yoga, but both massage therapists are wonderful. (Ruby and Angel - see my previous review for Angel's massage details) I would say of the 4 Chiropractors I have been to, Dr. Kevin is the very best. He doesn't seem fake, and he conveys a genuine aspiration to really help you be relieved of pain. They have a current deal where new patients can bring a new, $25 toy with receipt and the initial exam and adjustment (done on the second trip) are free. On top of that they currently have a Yelp deal - $75 for $100. I'm not sure what all insurances he takes, but he does take Blue Cross Blue Shield Oklahoma. My co-pay is only $15ish. He doesn't do x-rays unless he thinks he really needs to, but he doesn't just jump in and start moving bones, either. The first visit is a full exam looking at your nervous system, reflexes, balance, strength - everything! The next visit he will explain what he found and go through what care he thinks you need and your adjustment. Dr. Kevin is very eager to explain anything you are interested in hearing. I let him know what happened after my previous adjustment each time I come in (headache, soreness, pain moved/less/more) and he adjusts to meet that if needed. We went from hands-on adjusting my neck to a tool that uses less force because I was leaving with a headache each time. In addition to adjusting you, he gives muscle/bone therapy as well. Your visits will most likely be a little longer than appointments with other chiropractors, but you get more from it and don't feel as if you are throwing your money away for 5 minutes. I've been going for a few weeks now and my pain has only gotten better. They are pretty flexible with their appointment times and very nice. I would definitely recommend everyone to come to him.

I have some recurring issues and he's been helpful to get an overall plan outside of adjustments to keep me well and feeling good. I also received guidance from Dr. April throughout my pregnancy, which was very helpful. Both have adjusted our kids and are very thoughtful with them, always making sure they're comfortable. My weekly visits to Physical Medicine of Oklahoma every Friday take away the back and shoulder pain from driving all week and allow me to have a great weekend. All the Doctors do a great job adjusting me. The Staff and Doctors even know my name when I walk in. It is the easiest place to do business with.

Showed up to the appointment only to be told it wouldn't be covered because my insurance only covers chiro for individuals over 21. I expressed that I should've been called beforehand and told about this so I didn't have to drive over here for no reason. The employee told me that she was "about to call". I walked in at 12:25 and the appointment I made was for 12:30. Really disappointed by the lack of care in this situation
