She was able to target and identify the root cause of my thyroid dysfunction that 6 different endocrinologists have waived off over the last 10 years as being "normal". Dr Dean spends 30-60 minutes during our appointments going over each piece of my labs and markers to make sure I understand how my body functions and how I can improve the deficiencies and optimize my healthy function. This provider LISTENS & responds to my concerns with respect maintaining dignity for the patient. Well, we get there and no one is there. We waited for about ten minutes and tried to call, no answer. I remembered I had the owners number, so I sent her a message about what happened. She was very apologetic and it was an employees fault not hers, but we still drove all the way there and were expecting to see our baby. Hopefully they find a way to prevent this from happening in the future.
