My previous review of OSOI North Moore detailed a wonderful overall experience, but a terrible…read moreexperience afterwards when I needed to call back for something. I voiced my displeasure...and quite frankly, reamed them for it. Aside from dealing with this one particular person though, my entire visit to OSOI in North Moore was amazing, and couldn't have been better. After calling to cancel all of my appointments (because of this person), they informed me that that person was no longer there, and that they were sorry I had that experience. The lady acted like it was no big deal if I wanted to cancel everything--but as soon as I heard the problem-person had left, I was all eyes and ears. That was literally a game changer. I whole-heartedly enjoyed my experience with them, and if that person wasn't there anymore and I wouldn't have to deal with them to get anything done--by all means I'll come back to you! They have a beautiful building, gorgeous art work (keep an eye out for the space portal mirror right when you walk through the doorway!) that isn't bought-at-Kirklands art. It's incredible and unique, and whoever put it together did a wonderful job. Their office takes up probably about half of the 3rd floor. Gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the parking lot/surrounding area. Their office was clean, and nothing felt cramped--it was very open. The PA, Chris Travis, was amazing. (Quoting from my earlier review:) Chris Travis, the PA there, was very, very gentle with my hurting knees. He did a wonderful job explaining the different options I have, the possible surgery I might need to have if the brace doesn't work, etc. Very knowledgable and patient, giving me tips and pointers on how to speed up my recovery. I left the office feeling very hopeful about the future of my knees, and not quite as despairing as when I'd arrived. I received a call from them today, from their head offices. It wasn't to get me to change my review. They just honest-to-goodness wanted to make sure that I knew that they had heard/read the problems that I voiced, and that they had taken drastic steps to remedy the problem. (They had, as evidenced by the person being gone.) They were so nice and apologetic. As I write this review, I am still completely blown away at the fact that they cared so -much- about every client's opinion and experience that they felt the need to call me and tell me that they fixed the problem. (Especially considering how many locations they have.) As a business person, that is incredible to me. Incredible customer service. Incredible professionalism. Wow. Honestly, I couldn't feel any better about OSOI--and I've visited their Norman location as well. That location was equally as wonderful, and I would recommend them to anyone. If you need anything orthopedic-related, this is your place.

My elderly mother had a follow up appointment with Dr Geib. We arrived 30min early as requested…read moreeven though we completed all the necessary patient information online. They were moderately busy, about eight patients already checked in and waiting for several different doctors. We checked in and waited, and waited, and waited. We noticed a sign on the exam room door that said "we respect your time, if you have waited longer than 30 minutes please check with the receptionist". We waited until all patients before us had been called in, then we waited while seven additional patients that arrived after us were called in. By now it's been over an hour so I checked with the receptionist like the sign said. We were told we would be next, so we waited again and watched four more people who arrived at least 30-45 minutes after us get called in. We finally were called in almost an 1 1/2 hours after checking in. If it wasn't for having to reschedule with another office for another day we would have left. My mother was upset it took so long. An hour and a half wait is unreasonable for any business, but especially if patients that arrive after us get called before us. How do we know we were passed over?, because we were sent to the same room as the patients who checked in well after us.
