So if you have an appointment at 3, but you're the only one scheduled between 1 & 3, you WILL get a call less than 24hrs prior with them asking you to come in earlier. For most Americans who have a boss or clients, this is an unprofessional request, but this office does it frequently. Dr. Wycoff always makes the eyes bleed after retinopathy laser treatments, every time. The receipts are not always accurate. Sometimes they omit what the insurance payed for and only show the patient's balance, which is confusing. I have yet to encounter a single secretary in that office who both does a good job and is accommodating and pleasant.

I went to pick up my trial pair today and Gracie was nice. It was not explained that my trial pair were going to be an entire point less than what I am currently wearing during my appointment. When called back by Dr. Matthew she was very condescending about what was discussed in my appointment then basically called me a liar when I told her that I did not have a call from Kingwood from Stephanie about Lasik services. I was trying to get additional information on Lasik services to utilize my FSA in 2026. I am going to try the trial pair provided but will not be using this location or any other Mann Eye location for any future services. I only chose this business and location as they are the only place open after 12pm on a Friday for appointments in our town.
