Dr. Lewis is the best. He's kind and caring, and very gentle with those instruments. His hygienists, too, are top-notch.

Wife had a crown put in, a few months later, it came off completely, now they want to CHARGE us for another crown?!?! No way! Don't let the sweet talk hide the true service you will get. They don't care about you, just about your money. I've now asked for the owner to call me over 2 weeks ago, still no call back or response. Tawnya, the office manager doesn't work in the office anymore, but out of her home, she refuses to help in any way. Won't even speak to customers

I was traveling out of Texas and broke an existing crown. I reached out to Conroe Family Dentistry…read moreto request an appointment on my return. As a new patient, the Scheduling Staff worked with me to get me in to see a dentist within 10 hours of my return home. Doctor Graham took all the proper steps to make me feel relaxed and destressed. She answered all my questions before she started any work. The Dental Assistant performed in the same way, working to remove any worries or concerns. Great Teamwork! Conroe Family Dentistry has latest new and high-tech equipment to provide the highest quality of treatment. Upper and Lower teeth were scanned using AI, so they could recreate the proper bite fit. The fitting scans were entered into a high-tech Milling machine that then went about cutting, sizing and aligning a new crown. The entire process from sitting down in the chair and out the door with a perfectly fitted and installed crown was less than 90 minutes. I was referred to Conroe Family Dentistry by a family member. I have now moved from a Dental Care Center and Dentist with a 30-year relationship to Conroe Family Dentistry. Very up to date equipment, well trained staff, and most of all, a stressless experience.

I've been going to Dr. Logan my whole life but I never had to get a crown done until recently. Dr…read more Logan's office was so great in helping me get this done, and I don't just mean the dental work part of it. Andrea spent a lot of time answering questions about insurance, telling me what questions I needed to ask my insurance company when I realized I needed to switch insurances, making phone calls to the insurance company for me when I needed to get paperwork from them, filing for pre treatment estimates with the insurance company so that I wouldn't be left with a surprise bill if the insurance company did not cover what I thought they would (which really helped because it did happen that one of the insurance companies I tried did not cover anywhere near what they were supposed to) and also helped me get on a payment plan through sunbit, with a very affordable down payment for what the insurance company wouod not cover so that I could hurry up and get the work done that I needed. Of course the dental appointment went great. They made the crown in the office and were able to finish everything that day, in less than two hours. His assistant was so sweet. They really do care about your comfort while you are in their office. They always provide you with a neck pillow, ask you what you want to watch on tv while your getting your teeth worked on, and they even offered me a blanket while I was waiting for the crown to be made. I will never go to another dentists office. Dr. Logan has been my dentist since I was old enough to get my teeth cleaned. His entire office staff is professional kind and treat you like family. Not only would I recommend Dr. Logan to a friend, I would honestly feel like they were making a mistake if they went anywhere else.

The following Monday, 7 days later, I was in bad pain. I called Dr. Gianni's office and asked if I whoever answered the phone if I could com in. She asked Dr. Ganni and he said no, the pain was just taking a little longer to go away. I told the "receptionist" I really wanted to see the doctor because it hurt so bad. She went and asked him again, and he said no again, and that he would call me out some mouthwash. I couldn't believe that he wouldn't see me in case there was something wrong. The receptionist wasn't overly nice either. I just felt like he ordered that mouthwash to get me to shut up and not come in. That afternoon my mouth, throat and ear hurt so bad I went to urgent care. The doctor said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ear, but a nerve might have been injured during the procedure. He recommended I go to an ear, nose, and throat specialist. I went the next morning and the doctor there said there was nothing wrong with my ear, but inflammation from the surgery might have inflamed the eustachian tube and gave me prednisone and mouthwash. I was still taking antibiotics Dr. Ganni had given me. I also was still taking taking antibiotics and had a steroid injection for something different. It's been two weeks now and can't eat or sleep because pain in mouth and ear. Have not heard a word from Dr. Ganni's office. I go back to the ENT doctor tomorrow. I'm very disappointed in Dr. Ganni. He had extracted a tooth for me a few ago and everything was fine. This time he dropped the ball.
