I've been going to Dr. Logan my whole life but I never had to get a crown done until recently. Dr. Logan's office was so great in helping me get this done, and I don't just mean the dental work part of it. Andrea spent a lot of time answering questions about insurance, telling me what questions I needed to ask my insurance company when I realized I needed to switch insurances, making phone calls to the insurance company for me when I needed to get paperwork from them, filing for pre treatment estimates with the insurance company so that I wouldn't be left with a surprise bill if the insurance company did not cover what I thought they would (which really helped because it did happen that one of the insurance companies I tried did not cover anywhere near what they were supposed to) and also helped me get on a payment plan through sunbit, with a very affordable down payment for what the insurance company wouod not cover so that I could hurry up and get the work done that I needed. Of course the dental appointment went great. They made the crown in the office and were able to finish everything that day, in less than two hours. His assistant was so sweet. They really do care about your comfort while you are in their office. They always provide you with a neck pillow, ask you what you want to watch on tv while your getting your teeth worked on, and they even offered me a blanket while I was waiting for the crown to be made. I will never go to another dentists office. Dr. Logan has been my dentist since I was old enough to get my teeth cleaned. His entire office staff is professional kind and treat you like family. I have been going here for 2 years. Every since we moved to Trinity. During my last cleaning, the hygienist Lulu, found a white spot on my tongue. She suggested I go to an oral surgeon and have it checked. I did and had a precancerous condition. I had surgery and had the bad spot removed. Great catch on her part. read more

My wife and I have been using Dr. Logan for a few years now and we cannot say greater things about this fine man. I'm very nervous about doctors in general and especially with people digging into me. There's something about Dr. Logan that keeps me relaxed and that i'm in good hands no matter what. I've had all kinds of work now from cleanings, fillings, root canal, and a crown. He uses the latest greatest technology which always interests me because my job is in the tech world. He's been through a couple different Hygienists, some better than others, but I always have Mrs. Laura clean my teeth. My wife always requests Mrs. Karen, but she is always booked up way in advance. Also, as we all know it can be pretty complicated paying with insurance, but Mrs. Andrea works the front desk and is super polite to help you understand the break down of dental work and pricing. They are very patient with you and do not push you into pulling the trigger on any major work, and I appreciate that very much. The best dentist I've ever had! He did so much work on my mouth. I remember one time being in the chair, watching TV, for 6 hours. Crazy, I know... I had a lot to get done in a short amount of time. Going to a dentist is never an enjoyable experience, but Dr. Logan is as close as you can get. The personnel in his office are very nice, professional, and honest. I have heard many nightmares about root canals, so I was a little nerves, but because of the skill of Dr. Logan, I would have fallen asleep if he had not asked me to turn my head a little. Ive been there many times and never experienced any pain. My insurance changed and Dr. Logans office is no longer covered. This was 4 years ago and I am still broken hearted. read more
