I will always return to Huntsville Berkeley Eye Center for my yearly exams. The front desk staff Roxy and Amanda were great getting me checked in and out. My tech was Vanessa who was very professional with all the preliminary tests (including eye drops that I usually struggle with). Dr Brumbelow was a pro (as always) at dialing in my prescription for my new contacts. My last stop was with Kristy who walked me through all the options for ordering new contacts. I scheduled my appointment for an eye exam. The office staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Brumbelow was great, informative and easy to talk to. He explained everything in a very clear and detailed manner. When the exam was completed, the optician Kristy was amazing. She asked questions about my taste and what I was thinking about for my new glasses. She helped me pick out new frames and made the process easier and not so overwhelming. Dr brumbelow, was great, I had seen another eye doctor in another state that I trusted. Dr Brumbelow said the exact things my other dr said!! That is great! Makes me trust his opinion! My husband and I have been in Texas for a year. We found Dr. Brumbelow, and we've been very happy with everyone there. My first visit, I got new glasses that are perfect for me. Dr. Brumbelow, and all the staff, are just the nicest people. I had eye surgery and the best possible outcome from that surgery was a major improvement of my eyesight I had cataracts on both eyes it's been the greatest experience I have ever had. The surgery staff was extremely nice the the surgeon was also awesome will be eternally grateful for the care I received.
